Here I spend the best moments of my life.🌳🖼️🪵🌼 Our chalet is located in the district of Monsenhor Horta in the city of Mariana Minas Gerais. We are located on the same land as the Ressaca farm, a farm with more than 100 years of many stories. 52 km from Lavras Novas 22 km from Mariana 34 km from Ouro Preto 11 km from Cachoeira do Brumado 51 km from Ponte Nova.

This unique place has a style all its own, specially designed to accommodate people who value art, design and comfort. Located in the best part of Ouro Preto, on a flat and quiet street, in the historic center, close to the best hotels, bookstores, cafes and galleries. The project sought to highlight the amplitude of the site, a rare feature in the Ouro Preto houses. Therefore, it has no internal partitions, being ideal for couples, families or small groups who enjoy sharing the same space.

The house is located near the historic center (5 min by car and 15/20 on foot), supermarkets, pharmacies, bakery, restaurants and the bus stop (all a few meters from the house)

Built with the ancestral technique of the pau-a-pique, the cottage joins the rustic charm to comfort. Minutes from the historic center of Ouro Preto and Cachoeira das Andorinhas. Loft Canarinho, located in Refúgio de Lavras, is a romantic place, perfect for couples and nature lovers seeking rest and tranquility. You can admire, directly from the bed or the whirlpool, a stunning view of a sea of mountains and, with a little luck, spot the Serra do Caparaó. On cloudy days, the loft is enveloped in clouds, providing the magical feeling of floating among them. At night, a starry sky offers visitors an incredible spectacle.
