Holiday rentals with a sauna in Maricá

Gustavo is an exceptional and very attentive host! As we were traveling with a baby, he was willing to buy a crib and mattress to accommodate our baby, which totally changed our experience. Throughout the stay, he consulted us about any needs or doubts and everything went very well. The apartment is very complete and comfortable and has a differential when it comes to Rio de Janeiro: all the environments (living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony) are spacious and comfortable, nothing is cramped. The location is perfect, in the heart of Leblon. We'll definitely host you there again.

Great location. Close to everything we wanted to do. The sauna was a dream come true especially since the weather dipped while we there. The backyard/outdoor area is a nice little haven all to yourself. Everything was as described. Jonas was incredibly responsive especially with us extending our stay an extra couple of days morning before checkout. One of the room's bathrooms has the shower kind of above the toilet seat so do with that info what you will. All around great stay and would definitely book again! Cheers!

The apartment is a charm, we feel at a beach house at all times, has a lot of stuff and everything was clean and organized. It is close to the beach, with an amazing view of sunset! Although we did not use the facilities of the condominium, which has a lot of things, it drew our attention to having a restaurant at the disposal of the condominium guests. The communal spaces were well maintained and the staff served us well. In addition to being near the beach, which is 5 minutes walking, it also has restaurants, kiosks, malls and nearby galleries, so there is a schedule for all tastes, as well as the availability of cars and deliveries by app. Finally, Fabiana helped us by taking doubt and enabling self check-in since we would arrive late, gave several tips about the place and served us well! We leave there already wanting to return. We highly recommend!

Very nice apartment! Comfortable, facing the sea! Maria was very kind, she kept our bags on the last day and left a bathroom free for us until 5 pm, so we could bathe before taking the night flight! He welcomes you with gifts and mineral water!! Impeccable, thanks for everything!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Ipanema! The space is spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The view of the beach is incredible—you’re literally just steps away from the sand, right across the street. The building felt very safe, with friendly and helpful doormen and a prime location right next to the Fasano Hotel. The area is well-patrolled and secure, with lots of police presence. Jane was a wonderful host—she checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well and was always available to answer any questions. The location couldn’t be better: walking distance to Leblon, Arpoador, and Copacabana, with tons of great shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. The rooftop pool was a huge bonus—absolutely stunning views and surprisingly peaceful, as we hardly ever saw anyone else using it. It felt like our own private retreat above the city. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Rio. Highly recommend!

Our Flat experience was wonderful. Mariana communicates easily and is always very truthful. The location is wonderful and the view from the Flat is one of the things that we liked the most. I can't help but note the cordiality of the Flat's reception team. It will definitely be in my top 10 list of favorite places to stay in Rio.

Very nice place. Close to everything on foot, such as restaurants, grocery stores and the beach nearby. This sector is also safe. A very nice shopping center right next door and the view from the apartment is beautiful

My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super family, with clear information and good communication between the employees. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need like: market, bakery, gym… I liked a lot and didn't want to leave kkk for sure I will be back. I had an excellent stay! The location is great, with easy access to various points of the city and very close to Maracanãzinho — which was a differential for me. The condominium is very safe, well maintained and has super attentive doormen and efficient management. The apartment is extremely comfortable, with cozy beds and all rooms air-conditioned, which made all the difference. A very positive point is also the shower, which works well even in the event of a power outage. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay, showing true care to ensure that everything was in order. This brought a lot of peace of mind and confidence. The house is delicious!! Super cozy and comfortable. It's a complete house! Wonderful bed and bath linens, pool towels were also available. Kitchen complete with utensils and dishes/cups/glasses of all kinds, full tbm barbecue area! There is no shortage of activities for children! Pool buoys, foosball, ping pong, pool, beach tennis rackets and the soccer field! Everything works perfectly. Apart from the pernilongos, we have nothing to complain about. Victor was an excellent host responding to everything quickly. Tbm we were appointed to Thainara to help with cleaning the house on the days we stayed there and it was a great indication. We'll be back!

Alicia's house is a delight. The location couldn't be better - in front of the beautiful Camboinhas beach. You can get from the house to the beach in 2 minutes on foot, practically on the sand. The house is very cozy, it has books, games, art, we felt at home from the first moment. Nicaea welcomed us very well and we had great communication with her. Livia was also always very helpful. We'll be back for sure.

Raquel was perfect from start to finish.It was difficult to leave the house... Wonderful house, the helper she in dicou was very kind and made amazing cakes! The C ASA has all the convenience so much that it is difficult to get out of it even to go to the beach! The leisure area is very complete and cozy, there is still a gym inside the house and sauna!
