Charming Kuskbostaden in Hajstorp at Göta Canal

Hajstorp is an idyll at Göta Kanal, about 5 km north of Töreboda. In Hajstorp there is a cafe and hostel and many life lovers are looking for a place to come during the summer months. At the southwestern end of Hajstorp lies Kanalingenjörsvillan, which was the official residence of the channel engineers between 1902 and 1977. Today, the Lahrin family lives in the villa. In a secluded part of the big garden is the little charming bush home. It is from the middle of the 19th century but has been carefully equipped with toilet and small kitchen/kitchenette.

The cottage is located on our property in the quiet area of Leksberg in Mariestad, with close to the hiking areas and exercise tracks in beautiful nature, grocery stores and public transport. Easy to turn off from E20 but you don't have to hear the traffic. 5 min by car or 15 min to walk to the city center. The cottage is just over 40 sqm. Combined sleeping and living room with a double bed that can easily be pulled apart to single beds if you want + a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with seating for four persons. Toilet and shower.

Small summer gem on the west side of Kinnekulles.

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. Magnificent and varied nature with easily accessible hiking trails, cultural-historical surroundings and both beach and rock baths. Sunny location morning to night with hammocks between the fruit trees that bestow shade if needed. Small flagging that the ceiling height of the 2nd floor is lower than standard. 2 km walk to train connection. October-March, the house is rented out monthly. Cottage next to our residence on the farm with cow pastures around the corner for rent. 600 meters from Göta Kanal and Hajstorp locks. You live in an old grain magazine that has just been converted into a comfortable small home for four people. Another person can fit if two share a 120 cm bed or if you make a bed on the sofa. Horses and cows are nearby, thus there are also flies. Sometimes it sounds like tractors and sometimes smells like manure during spring and autumn use😃.

Newly renovated small cottage in 2021 with a separate bedroom with double bed and wardrobes and a sleeping loft with two single beds. Fiber is in the house. About 100 m to the beach. Good bath for kids. Bike path into Sjötorp where Göta Kanal is located and small cozy shops and restaurants. Head down to Vänern's edge in the evening and enjoy the sunset on the water horizon. Final cleaning is done by the guest, the landlord is not responsible for final cleaning.

Uggletorps guest house by the forest

The cottage is 4 km outside Sjötorp and 10 km outside Lyrestad. There is a possibility to get there by bike. Göta Canal flows through both communities where there are also cafes, grocery store, restaurants, swimming areas and museums In the pictures you can also see the beautiful sea buckthorn which is 10 minutes away by bike. A perfect cottage for hunters, outdoor lovers or for the roads passing by. There are also bicycles for hire.
