Holidays by the lake Unden

In the middle of West Götalands unspoilt nature with its lakes and forests, near the big lake Vättern, about 5 kilometers from the village of Undenäs and far away from any through traffic, the small country village of Igelstad is located, directly on the lake Unden. The village is a small collection of scattered houses and farms, of which some are permanently inhabited, while others are used as summer cottages. Here, in a large clearing in the forest, the small farm "Nolgården" is situated. The house is a separate, well-equipped classic wooden log house, built in spruce. It was thourougly renovated in 2008. There is a private bathroom, kitchen and private terrace, Internet connection (WLAN) and Amazon Fire TV (Magenta TV). A cozy fireplace and electric heating provide comfortable warmth. Directly from the house you can make nice walks in the unspoilt nature, pick berries and mushrooms, or walk to lake Unden, one of the clearest and most pristine lakes in Sweden. From the house to the west side of the peninsula, there is only 800 meters. Here you can have a swim or enjoy the sunset over Unden. The eastern shore can be reached in quarter of an hour via a forest path. By the shore a canoe lies ready for extensive reconnaissance trips to the beautiful deserted islands and quiet bays. But the area has much more to offer: the romantic Tiveden National Park, Lake Viken, Forsvik and the Göta canal with its locks, and the huge lake Vättern are just a few examples of interesting destinations.

This special place is close to everything, Walking distance. At the same time as you have the car outside the bedroom. The guest rents the whole house with their own entrance and lives there themselves. Bedroom with a double bed and two beds that are folded out of the sofa. Thick mattress. Family with more children can reach out to the host. The guest final cleaning. Bed linens are available but at a day's rent we see that the guest has with them. Otherwise, it costs SEK 100 per bed. Replaced directly to the host. Cleaning can be obtained against SEK 400. Paid to the host.

Cozy 50s villa, 4 bedrooms, close to the center

Here, the proximity to the city's offerings is combined with a peaceful villa idyll. The charming 50s-style villa is located in a quiet area just outside the center. Here you can live comfortably with plenty of space for families, friends and business travelers who want practical accommodation close to the city. The plot is lush and green, with a balcony in a sunny south-facing location. For children, there are grassy areas to play on. You live close to both Vänern's water (450 m) and the travel center (1.6 km).

Farmhouse flat just 10 min from Jönköping and Lake Vättern. The flat is located on a farm with surrunding fields with the forrest in the backgroud. The location is perfect for walks, forrest strolls. Sand golf course which qualifies as top 100 in the world is 500m away. You will regulary wake up to se the wilde animals feed on the surrounding fields. Newly equipped house with private swimming cove and rowboat

Lovely vacation home for those who like animals and nature! Here you can fish, swim, hike and cycle. In the nearby area, there are several nature reserves as well as hiking and biking trails. You have access to a simple rowing boat (life jackets can be borrowed) and your own swimming cove or you can borrow our jetty where you can dive or fish. We are located between Örebro and Karlskoga in Norhammar. Towels and sheets are not included. For an additional cost, there is a rental from the host.

Cozy house in the forest outside Mariestad

Unwind in this oasis and enjoy the silence in the middle of the forest on one of Sweden's smallest plateau mountains. Not far from the house is Kvarnstensgruvan, where you can explore the mines and eat something. There are many hiking trails and nice walking paths in the area. 8 km away is a swimming lake where you also can buy a fishing license. In winter, it is close to a large toboggan run. Electric car chargers are available. Cleaning is not included, but can be purchased for SEK 800.

New bathroom with a 5 person Sauna. Walking distance to town. Grocery, pharmacy, liquor store, pub and restaurants within 10 min walk. 500 m to the lake for a morning dip. We, the hosts, live 5min walk from the house. We will be happy to show the house and answer any questions you might have.

House Kilstrand directly on Lake Säven

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option.
