Holiday rentals with beach access in Marin County

We were very happy at Hy's apartment for the week of our stay. Came to Port Richmond to visit our grandkids and our daughter. Impeccably clean with a well stocked kitchen, comfy bedroom and excellent shower (great water pressure). The flat has a nice private outdoor space just perfect for a coffee in the morning to start the day. Parking for one car is offered at the front of the house-- a luxury in the bay area. Hy was available throughout our stay through text, a wonderful host. We will be back! Claudio/Mark

Great location- fun and unique spot! Harold is very helpful and responsive. Would recommend and stay again. Clarification - there are four units in the pictured building. Two upstairs and two downstairs. One unit booking, is one quadrant.

Quirky, spacious apartment with plenty of amenities for the traveler. Really lovely peaceful setting. Rick is very responsive and helpful. Pay attention to his advice about the traffic patterns by the freeway. (P.S. If anyone in your group has allergies be aware that there’s a pretty bold outdoor cat hanging around!)

PERFECT!!! That is the word I would use to describe Nitzas place. Everything from the request to the check out was perfect! Nitza is very responsive and friendly. I was given all the information I needed to get to our destination as well as recommendations before we even left for our trip! On the day of our trip Nitza pleasantly surprised us by offering an early check in which worked out GREAT for us because there is so much to look at and appreciate in Stinson beach ⛱️ This was our 10th anniversary and the location can't be beat! The beach, a snack bar and a few restaurants are only a hop, skip and a jump away! There is even a little market nearby for a quick essentials run. The place was beyond clean and neat and quiet and peaceful. The best thing there was the hammock room! OMG! We had such a great time I hope we will be considered in the future as return guests? 😎😎 Thank you so much for your space- J&B

Adorable place with a stunning view. So relaxing. Bed was super comfy. The deck was the most perfect place to sit and relax, listen to the ocean. I want to spend every weekend here! So worth it. One of my favorite stays so far for sure.

A great return visit to La Paz! The upgrades are nice and the location is awesome! Everything is as described. Good communication, easy check in and easy parking. Quick walk to town and even quicker to the beach. One of my favorite rentals in Stinson. Highly recommend!

This place is an incredible RARE find! It's right on the beach of the Bay and offers incredible sunrises, seal sightings, water access, a great deck for meals, lounging, yoga, and she even has a propane fire place on the deck. We spent most of our time on the deck staring at the water, swimming, and paddle boarding! The indoor space was so comfortable and had everything we needed and was spacious enough for two of us to co-work privately and you could see the water from the living room and both beds. There was a great restaurant across the street and about a mile walk away along the waterfront was downtown Sausalito which was so fun to explore. It was also just a 15 min drive to San Francisco and we rode bikes from Lisa's place up the hill and over the Golden Gate Bridge. We also went to Rodeo Beach for a couple sunsets which was only a ten minute drive away. This place is such a sweet water getaway while being in the middle of the busy Bay Area. We will be back! This property is amazing in every way. There’s a view from the ocean from almost every room, beautiful tile work and gorgeous, well appointed bathrooms. A sauna and extra hot hot tub. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The house itself is beautiful with private spaces, but also a large living room where everyone can gather around a beautiful tiled potbelly fireplace. It’s a short walk to the beach through a charming neighborhood. The host Rebekah was very communicative and generous, allowed us flexible, check-in and check out. I will 100% be staying here again.

This place has a lot of quirk and charm. It has amazing view of the Marin headlands and was perfect for our cozy staycation celebration. It's an older property with a lot of older furniture and knicknacks which does result in dust accumulation. But the beds are clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for all the supplies you'd need to make meals. The deck is a lovely place to sit and sip on your coffee. The windows are huge which lets in a lot of natural light during the day but due to the construction of the house, there are very few overhead lights and only small lamps to use in the evenings. It adds to the cozy vibe but it is quite dark. Overall great stay, highly recommend!

We loved this house- it's dog-friendly, funky, warm and comfortable. The kitchen is super well-stocked with spices and oils and pans. The bedrooms and beds were comfy. Bring a baby gate for the stairs if you have small kids or elderly dogs. The yard is idyllic, though if you have small dogs you will want to bring some netting b/c some of the fence has gaps. Don't be like us and only realize the second to last day there are two bathrooms--we thought it was just the one upstairs! Haha! The claw food tub was glorious (bring salts). The neighborhood is perfect for dog walks. And Meg is a wonderful communicator. We will be back!

The a-frame was cozy, rustic, and clean. It shows where in places, but absolutely a good value. The beds were comfortable, and the place was well stocked. The location is lovely and peaceful.

The home was beautiful, we truly enjoyed our time there. They say that pictures are worth a thousand words but pictures of the views from the multiple balconies are unable to capture how stunning they really are. The home was just as listed, clean and was the most stocked home we have visited. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas and made unforgettable memories.

My wife and I stayed here for our 5 year anniversary and I couldn't have found a better spot to get away to. It was such a cozy and peaceful location, and Aaron's home had everything we could ever need during our stay. The views were incredible, and the weather was fantastic. Aaron provided an extremely detailed guide to the area that helped us get a feel for where to go and what to do, and we hope to come back someday and stay again to experience more of the beauty of the surrounding area!

The Sea-renity House is one of the nicest homes I’ve had the chance to stay in. The views are incredible, and it’s a perfect spot for kids with plenty of space to enjoy. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, couldn’t have been easier. Overall, a fantastic experience!
