Nancy was the nicest and most accommodating host we’ve had at a rental so far. We arrived late one evening when I realized I misplaced the dinner I’d packed to eat when we arrived and when I asked Nancy (who was greeting us when we first arrived) about pizza delivery options, she offered us a nice frozen cornbread pizza to cook in the rental. My hungry young son was so relieved. The backyard overlooks an incredibly green and peaceful hillside and we had such a relaxing time. Also downtown Fairfax is so close by and so adorable. Would love to come back!

Loved our stay at the cozy in-law in the heart of Penngrove. Easy to find, private, and perfect for a weekend getaway while visiting for a graduation. The space had everything we needed and the hosts were very welcoming. Would definitely stay again, thank you very much!

I stayed five nights at Lisa’s Airbnb and honestly didn’t want to leave! The hosts were super respectful of our privacy, and the space itself was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. There were even dog beds and bowls for our fur baby, which was such a nice touch. The location is tucked into the trees with gorgeous surroundings. I loved starting my mornings with breakfast on the back deck, fire pit crackling, birds singing, it was serenity. While I didn’t try the hot tub, the sauna was a great treat. And let’s not forget Scooter, the resident cat. He is an absolute sweetheart who’ll reward your affection with loud, happy purrs. Highly recommend if you're looking for a peaceful, pet friendly escape in nature with all the comforts of home. I will book with Lisa again.

I spent a month in this adorable unit and it was absolutely lovely! The place has everything you need to feel at home, it’s very quiet and the pretty is absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend! Also little Rosie, the on site pup. is a gem.

Marilyn's place is perfect! Anything I would have wanted or needed (or didn't think to bring) was included with so many special, thoughtful, and unexpected touches. The room is beautiful. The bed and bedding very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were excellent. The entire space is so charming, comfortable, cozy and clean. The decor, the towels and special soaps, the handwritten notes and amenities are all very special. The room opens to a lovely garden where I sat out and enjoyed my morning coffee or could relax on a lounger. And the location is excellent and walkable to historic downtown Petaluma. I was happy to get to meet Marilyn who is so nice and welcoming and had been so helpful and informative from my first contact. Thank you Marilyn for providing a magical and memorable stay and for sharing your special place with us. I can't wait to return.

Jeri's place is amazing and exactly as described, but in some ways better since you get to meet Jeri. Complete privacy, it's super dark and a stone's throw from Point Reyes. Bed was comfortable, good internet even with spotty cell service in the Point Reyes area. Jeri's communications were great even with a PG&E issue. I'd highly recommend and we're already looking at weekends to be back. And yes, I've stayed in many places in Marin and Sonoma county and Point Reyes might be my favorite and Jeri's place was great!

Perfect little hideout. Quiet, clean, and simple. Road in the neighborhood can get a little tight, but easy to find and perfect for a quick overnight to for the Enduro race. Would definitely stay again!!

My partner and I booked a stay here for 3 weeks. Highly recommend. There are multiple reasons why. The loft has huge windows which lets in a lot of sunlight, and has wonderful views into the treetops and beautiful hills surround San Anselmo. The off-street parking was great peace of mind to have for our rental car. The loft opens onto a huge deck that has chairs and tables to relax in, drink coffee, read etc. A fantastic grocery store called Good Earth is nearby. The neighborhood is lovely to walk around in (and of course close to many great hikes and trails). Internet was reliable and fast enough for remote work calls. If you happen to need to do laundry, a clean and friendly laundromat is 2min drive away. Very easy. Importantly, Sabrina was a very responsive and kind host, and very respectful of privacy and friendly/welcoming at the same time. We would stay again!

Second time to stay at Eric’s and it was great! The place was very clean, high quality and well stocked with supplies with a well equipped kitchen, which was perfect for us and our little one. The deck was a peaceful place that felt like you’re away in a forest. Eric was also a friendly and responsive host!

Ricki's place is absolutely beautiful and we felt right at home. It's in a great location, tucked away just enough but still central and accessible. We loved sitting out on the little balcony and listening to the birds, or walking down the street to Andy's Sun Valley Market (easy 5 min walk). The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was gorgeous (huge shower with skylight!). The shutters open out to a beautiful view and morning sun. And Ricki has thought of everything with the kitchenette. Was sad to leave and I cannot wait to hopefully come back someday!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view of the water was amazing to wake up to, lots of wildlife, and felt very private. The studio is clean and charming and has plenty of kitchenware despite not having a full kitchen! Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed being there. The landscape is picture-perfect, the view is breathtaking and you can see lots of animals. Even the deer come by. At night you have a sky full of stars and enjoying it in the hot tub makes it even more special. I can highly recommend a stay there.

My wife and I LOVED this Airbnb. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is in a neighborhood and super easy to find and with parking…major bonus. You walk through one little gate in the carport…with a sign that says “Guests are in the right spot!” With an arrow to the door. It’s literally a 30 foot walk from your car to the door. The space is super cool and cute. It’s a little apartment with a PRISTINE bathroom. It even has a bidet which I didn’t use but my wife did just to try it. It wasn’t on my bucket list so I chose not to. lol. Downtown is two miles away. Lots of shops and restaurants and a park in the town square. Grab a bottle of wine and sit in the private area just outside the air bnb which has a picture wall and a really cool little cactus garden all the way down the fence. IT IS SO QUIET AND PEACEFUL!!! The space is perfect for a couple and everything is easy to use and the air conditioning and fan make the place cool down quickly! Alyssa is awesome, kind, and proactive! A++++

James and Laurie have created an absolutely amazing space. They are responsive and kept us well informed about our stay. We arrived well after normal hours after flying into SFO. James met us at the gate, showing us all around and getting us to our space where we could “get over” a travel day. The garden area with the Koi pond is wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the bountiful birds. We were even visited by an owl! A definite do again for us with a hearty recommendation for a person or couple to move this place to the top of your list! You will not be disappointed. Brett/Tonya

Very clean and comfortable space. Perfect home base for us while visiting family in the area. Absolutely loved the neighborhood, it was walkable with so many great restaurants, coffee spots and a cute movie theater. Parking was close and easy. Check in and out was a breeze!

Amazing view and beautiful garden. Very peaceful and quiet. Being in the house was so relaxing although Mill Valley is one of those towns that feel like out of a movie set. Debra was so kind and helpful. The only thing is I would make sure your car tires and breaks are in good condition. It's a steep road up the hill before the house.

This was our second stay at Vicki's and it lived up to the memories! The pool and veranda are just stunning, and the bathroom shower is incredible.

Mill valley is a sweet little town , nestle in the northern CA hills and James place was nestled right into the redwoods. I would recommend it to everyone.
