Beachfront holiday rentals in Marina di Cecina

We stayed at the house in Pineta at the beginning of June. Very pleasant experience. The house is wonderful, very spacious and well furnished. The garden outside, immersed in the pine forest, is beautiful. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners always in the garden. The kitchen is well stocked, we were always able to cook what we wanted. The free beach is a 5-minute walk away. We'll be back!

First stop of our trip to Italy and we dealt with flight cancellations and major delays but Laura was a helpful and flexible host. She waited for us to arrive late, let us in and toured us around. Her space is exactly as described and in a great location to tour San Vincenzo, only wish we had more time! Thank you.

A wonderful apartment, beautifully furnished, well equipped and an amazing terrace. Centrally situated, close to everything, including the station. Davide gave us comprehensive information about the apartment and was very easy to communicate with. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The accommodation is super centrally located in the center. There are many very good bars and restaurants right in the neighborhood. Massimo is very friendly and communication with him was straightforward, fast and flexible. We can recommend Massimo without reservation!

The apartment is a gem: impeccably furnished, bright, welcoming, comfortable and equipped with every comfort. The location is excellent with restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, a souvenir shop, a pharmacy, a park and the sea 2 minutes away on foot. We stayed with our dog and there is a perfect beach to take her swimming without disturbing the bathers. I hope to return to Alessio soon.

It was a really pleasant time at this place. The host's parents were very hospitable. The place was nice, clean, and had beautiful views.

We had a very nice stay at Marianna's, especially the view and the proximity to the beach were great. The communication was also great and Marianna always answered us quickly.

Fabiola is a great, very likeable and friendly host. The accommodation is decorated with a lot of love and really offers everything you need for a carefree stay! There was even a breakfast arrangement that we didn't expect at all. We are very enthusiastic about both Fabiola and the apartment and will be happy to come back on occasion. Two things to know: 1. The entrance to the parking is actually only well suited for small vehicles. Nevertheless, Fabiola managed to guide us to the parking lot with our large Touareg without any problems! It's not self-evident. Thank you again for this! 2. The ceiling height in the upper bedroom is slightly low. So taller people should be careful not to bump their heads. Conclusion: it was a really great stay at this property and we highly recommend it to everyone!

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Christine really made sure we felt at home, knew where everything was, how to catch the right buses, knew the local best places to visit, gave us ideas of what to do. She was amazing and her place is safe for my wife and two younger daughters. We loved every minute of our stay at Christine’s place. I’m sure you will too if you decide to visit it too.

The apartment is located in a quiet, well-kept residence with lots of greenery. A stone's throw from the sea, it can be reached with a pleasant walk in the pine forest. Supermarket, fishmonger, pharmacy right in front. Several bike rentals and restaurants. Very beautiful and exceptional place to stay. Great view from the balcony and very nice property. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. New bathroom. The rest of the decor is tastefully decorated.

Ilaria is a great hostess. Her apartment is beautifully situated by the sea, the great garden invites you to relax. We enjoyed it very much. She gave us very good tips for restaurants and things to do in the area and was always available.

The apartment is nicely located, overlooking the sea! There are also several pools in the complex, but they are only accessible from June 1st, was no problem...we went to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, you can prepare small meals well.

Laura's accommodation is very nice and furnished with love. There were four of us as a family and we liked it very much. Especially the proximity to the beach, about 5 minutes, is awesome. It is also a good starting point for excursions, e.g. to Pisa. Laura is a very friendly person, we would come back anytime.

You will feel so at home that you will want to come back soon:) and you’ll leave with wonderful memories :)

Great accommodation for those who want to relax and stay away from the noise of the city. Even with bad weather, we still relaxed thanks to the garden in the apartment. The sea is really a stone's throw away, so much so that sometimes you can hear the waves from the house. Precise host, responsive and present if you need anything. Highly recommended.

Very nice apartment with a great terrace and a beautiful view of beach and sea. The apartment is just as beautiful as in the pictures, very clean and well appointed. The host and his co-hosts were always easily accessible and very nice and friendly. We were here in mid-October and it was very quiet in the house. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Five stars! Everything was just right for us in Maria's accommodation! The apartment is very nice, clean and well equipped (really every little detail was thought of!) and is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach. We especially appreciated Maria's warm hospitality. She was always available and gave us great tips. We really enjoyed our holidays in San Vincenzo!

I stayed in this apartment for a weekend and was really satisfied. The apartment is clean, well equipped and cared for in every detail. The location is, in my opinion, perfect: quiet, quiet and with a view of the sea that is simply inexplicable. It was a real pleasure to wake up every morning to that view! Communication with the hosts was always accurate, quick and very kind, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The area is very quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation. In short, a perfect vacation! I'll definitely be back soon.

The place was very suitable for us as a family with 3 children and we felt very comfortable. The apartment is large and very well furnished. The fact that the bedrooms upstairs are connected to each other was no problem for us, we had enough privacy. The top room with paravan and curtain can also be visually "screened" down. There is plenty of dishes and many kitchen appliances available. The location with the proximity and views to the sea was perfect. We were glad we were able to heat as we were there in April and it got quite cold at night. Just across the street there is a supermarket and a few other shops and restaurants. Due to the season, not everything was open yet and it was not much going on, rather a disadvantage for us, but certainly an advantage for others due to the tranquility. The contact with Alessandra was extremely pleasant and we always received an answer and good tips from her immediately. We would go there again! Thanks, Alessandra!
