"Perfect" is the only word that comes to mind for Anna's place. Such a serene location and perfect for a family. The view is just spectacular. We felt so at home and loved sitting out in the yard and by the pool. Anna provided us with a list of so many amazing things to do/see near and far. A must do is the pasta making with Vilma at the house-the most memorable and delicious meal from our trip! Can't wait to go back there to live more of the Tuscan life and enjoy the most beautiful view. Thank you, Anna, for hosting such a gem!

Andrea en Simone, Are very welcoming, the location is a smal walk but with good directions easy to find. Palaia and the accommodation has amazed us, with a amazing home away from home. Great facilities, terrace, jacuzzi, pool, and not to forget amazing views. As a base to explore there is alot of interesting places to go to witin a hour drive. big cities, smaller towns, wineries, and with a tiny bit extra travelling time the sea. We had a great stay with our friends and made some great memories. would recommend the accommodation, as well as the hosts, and would definitely stay again. Kind Regards, Boyd and Naomi

Our stay was simply fantastic! The accommodation was beautifully located, very well maintained and tastefully furnished. The large pool was a particular highlight - ideal for relaxing and refreshing on warm days. The surroundings were quiet and offered wonderful views of the Tuscan countryside. Cristina was a fantastic host – warm, helpful and always available. We felt comfortable from the first moment.

We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with my family (2 young kids) and it was absolutely perfect!!! Francesca was an incredible host, fantastic communication. The house itself was beautiful, clean and the pool was just magic. Close to Florence and all the wonderful towns nearby, we can’t recommend this place enough. Would stay again without hesitation.

Villino Isotta is a breathtaking accommodation, super in every aspect: location, cleanliness, all bedrooms are air-conditioned, kitchens and bathrooms are fully equipped, free parking is just a few steps away and a café is open until late in the evening. Outside, there is a patio overlooking the hills, a barbecue, and a swimming pool equipped with every comfort (hot shower, hot tub, sun loungers, wifi, etc.). Last but not least, the host Andrea, whom I thank for the incredible and constant attention to his guests from the first moment (welcoming us with a welcome aperitif) to the last. Always present but never intrusive, always available with advice to make your stay unforgettable, a person with an immense heart who manages this accommodation with passion and seriousness. It was hard to go home, we will definitely see each other again!

Beautiful and rustic farmhouse placed in ancient olive grove. We had six adults and were extremely comfortable for our two week stay. Some days we never got out of the clean and refreshing pool. Family dinners were prepared in the perfectly functional kitchen served in the courtyard dining table Nicola was always availableto answer whatever ever came up. We loved our stay here! The house and the views were truly as picturesque as it seems in the photos. A dream spot! The town itself is full of local flair and is beautiful too. Not touristy at all. Close enough to nearby towns though to explore more of Tuscany! Overall a great stay and Laura was a kind and responsive host.

A truly wonderful place to stay. The only sounds you’ll hear is the singing of the birds. Extremely clean and stocked with everything you will need. The property is beautiful and the pool is a fantastic way to end your day of exploring. We highly recommend. We know you won’t be disappointed.

Gianfra’s place was really nice, even better than the pictures! Really spacious and the view from the balcony was incredible. Less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of Capoliveri and the same amount of time to the lovely Barabarca beach. Gianfra (and Giusuppe) was a really good host who met us at the house and showed us round and explained everything to us. He even booked us a couple of restaurants and gave us some really good recommendations during our stay! Thank you Gianfra and Giuseppe!

One of the best Airbnbs we stayed in with absolutely the best host we have ever met! Antonio was amazing. Before our arrival, he provided clear instructions and suggested to help for a smooth check in. He always made sure that we have what we need for a perfect stay, and even spoiled us with a few complementary wine and chocolate. Now, the place is amazing. From the balcony you get the best views in the region, surrounded by trees and immersed by the sound of birds around you. Truly pleasant, relaxing and restoring vacation. The house is fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need, very well maintained, and super clean. We didn't want to leave, and can't wait to get back again!

I looked at dozens of other ABBs before choosing Giovanna's place and I know I made the best choice after staying. The setting is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Lounging at the pool was so nice. We had the pool all to ourselves which is hard to find with other ABBs. The home is a nice large space and very clean. The views out the window are great. Giovanna was so nice and welcoming just a wonderful person. We enjoyed having a drink with her and Luigi. I highly recommend her place.

Our stay at Fernanda's house was very nice. The place looks like the photos. You are absolutely private, despite the proximity to the hosts' house. The road is close but didn't bother us at all. At night, there are also hardly any cars. The house is small but nice, you have everything you need and a wonderful terrace with garden. You have to get used to the shower briefly, but this is also quick. We rented bicycles in the village and were able to drive to the beach or to the village quickly and easily. Great starting point for excursions in the area. Fernanda also gave us a great restaurant recommendation for our wedding anniversary (thanks again, it was so beautiful!!) and there was a homemade cake. Fernanda and her husband are incredibly warm and helpful. You can only speak Italian but thanks to modern technology no problem if you don't understand everything. Highly recommend the house and would book it again anytime!!

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home! The area is very quiet and the property is completely fenced, which makes it ideal for our dog. The house is perfectly equipped and very clean. We really enjoyed spending the evenings on the spacious terrace and in the lounge. The free charging station for our electric car was a really generous and practical extra. Francesco and your family were incredibly attentive and friendly. You immediately feel the warm atmosphere and your hospitality. I highly recommend your home and you as a Host. A beautiful place. You can see and feel it is not just a random vacation rental but feels like someones home and someone has put a lot of detail and love in the place. Once you talk with Diana, you understand even better: as the owner, so the home :) The house offers all you need to stay there (with your whole family) also for longer than only a few nights. The village is very cute and offers all you need, plus charming bars and restaurants. On top it is a great starting point to go and explore the area/ medieval towns/ nature parcs/ beaches. By car it felt like everything is reachable in max 20minutes. Further you can explore by bike and even start from the town on hikes so: if you get a chance to book, stop searching - hit the button and enjoy your time :)

Our family of four loved this home. Here’s what felt extra luxurious to us: a separate wing for the 22 yr old, 3 bathrooms, high quality bed linen and towels, ability to do laundry and cook, wine and goodies on arrival, and a beautiful and serene park view. Birdsong in the morning, fireflies in the evening, pure magic.

My husband and I had the great pleasure of spending 8 days at this beautiful Airbnb. Truly, this is the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in, and we travel a lot! With big intentions to explore the Tuscan area we essentially did nothing and stayed put. Why? It's just that beautiful. The view is spectacular, and the accommodations are very comfortable. The hosts have provided everything you need for a deep relaxing holiday. Of course if you choose to explore, there is much to see and do in the local area. We were 2 and a dog there for a week. The apartment is rather small, but the outdoor area is large and fenced. Andrea showed us everything and gave good tips for the area. You should be well spread on mosquitoes, but even there Andrea had a starter set😏 ready.

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

Have a great time here, the view is very nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The room has everything we needed (and more), very clean, well set up and it is exactly as the advertised picture. And also Elettra and Irene are such great host, they are friendly and really helpful.
