L'appartamento è composto da un'area living, da una cucina attrezzata (piano cottura ad induzione, frigo, congelatore), da una spaziosa camera da letto e da un bagno con box doccia. Ci troviamo a 600 m dal mare, 1 km dalla piazza principale, 1,3 km dalla stazione, 2,7 km dal Santuario di San Francesco, 700 m dal supermercato più vicino.

Immersed in the green of the beautiful and charming plateau of Campotenese , a natural gateway to the Pollino National Park, 1 km from the motorway junction, on the SP 241 provincial road; the house is cozy and comfortable, consisting of two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen available to guests, a bathroom and a large outdoor green area that also serves as a parking. It is the ideal place for total relaxation in contact with unspoilt nature.

Peace & Quiet Shelter

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small but very functional kitchen. The outdoor space is shared, but very spacious, you can safely park the car. There is also a veranda where you can eat or just relax. A few minutes by car there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).
