The house is very welcoming and for those who like tranquility it is ideal, it was possible to take an excursion on the Sila, which I recommend. I thank Arcangelo and his family very much for the beautiful welcome. I will definitely be back.

The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Thanks for the great holiday!

Franco is a very present and kind host. The location of the property is a stone's throw from the sea, with a very spacious garden outside and a ten-minute walk from the nearest supermarket.

If you are looking for a rustic getaway with an awesome view this is the place for you. The view is breathtaking! The host are very accommodating and make you feel like family. There is no A/C, but that’s not an issue as there is a nice breeze that goes through the house with all the windows open. I highly recommend this house.

Simply perfect host, very responsive and helpful. Monica lives nearby, just to make you feel you are not alone. Apartment was exactly as described, perfectly clean. If you want to explore real Calabria living that is it. She paid attention to each and every detail guests might need. Also, location is very urban, I was alone and I feel completely safe day and night. It is close to the city center and old Cosenza, all walkable. Autostazione is about 1km, walkable distance, 99% flat of your carry your suitcases. All around perfect and clean home, along with a perfect host. Thank you Monica. Maria Teresa's apartments are cute little houses with a beautiful spacious veranda, immersed in a beautiful garden. The accommodations are simple and functional, well furnished and complete with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Maria Teresa is an extremely kind host, very sociable, friendly, but above all caring. She sent us useful messages towards the end of the journey to inform us well about the way to go and she was always very attentive and welcoming. Very positive living room!

We had a fabulous 5 nights at Villa Ivonne. The view on the balcony is one of the best in San Nicola Arcella and Paolo and Sandra are truly the best. We arrived in the evening and we were received with cold Prosecco, then Sandra cooked dinner for us based on our preferences. We weren't expecting such welcoming and nice hosts. The few months of Duolingo were worth it, we were able to hold some basic conversation in Italian. The apartment is clean and we were lucky because the air conditioning was just installed the days before. There are lots of dishes and plates available of really nice quality and there are interesting objects and photos on display. The Internet works well. The 5 nights went by too fast. We would like to come again and see the sea throughout the seasons. I recommend exploring the coast on both sides of San Nicola. We were lucky to see octopi, one nudibranch, sea centipedes, sea stars and gorgonians while freediving. Of course, the Arcomagno is superb too.

Daniela is an exceptional person: always attentive to needs and wants to make the stay as comfortable as possible! We felt right at home, in a new home, with all the comforts and attention to detail. The surroundings are beautiful, with a designed countryside and a special view! We will definitely be back!!

The stay at Giuseppe's place was excellent. This is a large house with large rooms, very spacious and clean. The pool is excellent and clean. The garden is very well maintained. The play facilities are excellent for children. Communication with Giuseppe was good, especially with Google Translate. Giuseppe was constantly interested if we needed help with anything, and even helped us order a pizza from a restaurant near the place. The value is very good for the price.

Our stay at Constantino was exceptional and went far beyond our expectations. Upon arrival we instantly received a room upgrade, as there had been difficulties with our former room. The staff welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home. The room contained all the necessary features. Our several dinners and lunches at their own restaurant granted us a great dining experience, making our stay unique and memorable. The food was delicious and beyond that sustainable. The villa also provided us with exquisite scenic views and a clean pool. We were also very glad that the towels were exchanged every 3 days. They also offer the possibility of booking breakfast, which we took advantage of and had every day. It is possible to have a sweet or a savory breakfast. Furthermore, we had no difficulties finding our way from the main station to the villa, however it comes in handy to have access to a car in order to be able to go to the 10km far away beach or to explore Calabria.💚🤍❤

We booked this B&B for a last minute trip to Amantea as it was the only one available for that time - and what a lovely, lovely surprise! Luisa has created a spectacular sanctuary in the hills, with breakfasts (5 euro) with food from their garden. The pool has amazing views of the city, and the room fit the five of us very comfortably. We loved chatting with Luisa and the others over breakfast. You definitely need a car around here, but it's so worth it!

The house is wonderful, spacious and renovated; the private, quiet and clean public pool (it doesn't make it from the photos). You have to use the car, but there are many unique coves and beaches nearby. The only issue was checkout which is not at 12:00 pm as written, but at 10:00 am, which created a lot of discomfort. In any case, knowing this, the villa is worth all the money spent.

We had a great stay at this Hosts appt. It has the benefit of full time staff to assist with check in and out and any issues one might have. The apartment is very spacious and typical of the area. The balcony is a great place to spend time after a good days exploring. Being just outside the main centre it is wonderfully relaxing. We will definately stay again and a big thanks to Andrey for being so helpful. 5 stars easy! 🌟

Super host, friendly and always ready to help you , the apartment is as shown in the photos, maybe it lacks some things like mosquito nets or kitchen utensils, but in the end we had a quiet stay.

Ivan was super friendly and always hand if we needed him. The views were breathtaking and plenty of good walking routes surrounding to really get a feel for the area. The accommodation was private and really suited our needs, we had everything we needed and felt safe.
