Wonderfully quiet place, Sweet people, fruit from the garden may pick, a delicious breakfast if you want and for us that was very useful and nice because we arrived very late and had not yet done any shopping. We loved this place!

Beautiful accommodation. The sea views are breathtaking, the back terrace is well-suited for barbecuing. There's even a pizza oven, but we didn't use it. The pool is small but well suited for cooling off and massage. The house was super clean and Chiara is very nice and helpful. We had a fantastic time and would be happy to come back.

We had the best time at Villa Antica Aia! Nobody believed that we are really going to stay in such a lovely, clean house with a beautiful garden, swimming pool, a please to cook and eat inside and outside. I don’t need to describe more because the villa looks exactly like on the pictures!! Oriana is the best host we’ve ever had, very kind, polite and always helpful. She welcomed us with apperitivo, showed us around, explained everything, was always available for us in case of questions where to find something. Thank you again and see you next year!

What a lovely house this is! With a beautiful garden all around and seating areas everywhere for sun or shade. The swimming pool and jacucci are perfect for cooling off or enjoying the evening. And you can walk straight to the beach or to the nearby pleasant town of Marzamemi. We immediately felt at home after we were welcomed by Rosanna. Fortunately, it was not a problem that we arrived very late. We had contact a few times during the week and minor problems were resolved immediately. All this ensured that we had a fantastic week in Sicily! ps : because we visited some nearby towns by car ( e.g. Noto, Syracusa, Modica, Marina Di Ragusa, Brucoli, Pozzallo) I had the opportunity to see a few other vacation rentals I found on Airbnb in advance. So happy I chose the perfect place!

Roberto and his son Erik were just great. We stayed in Villa Bismarkia which was clean and tidy. Everything you might need is available and the common areas were so well-maintained and nice. Recommend starting this home!

Very lovely place in historic old town of Modica. Only 50m and 2 bents away from the main street. Therefore quiet, but very central. Equipped with everthing needed. Spacious. 3 balconies (2 small) one, so you can choose breakfast in the sun or the big terrace in the evening. Two bedrooms: master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed. Second bedroom with two more simple beds. Towels and bed clothes sufficiently available. Parking in the main street closeby (paid 6 Eur/day ) - about 300m away free street parking. A bit busy with parking, but managed always to find something. For access with luggage requires parking in the main street, about 50 m walk - about 10 m in height difference. The little effort is it worth - definitely. Kind host provided very useful information - precise how to arrive/access, nice restaurants and sight-seeing info. Modica is very central to reach several historical spots and the sea. Rudia is an excellent host, we had a perfect stay.

Salvatore was a fantastic host. Responsive and informative on check in. Place was in a beautiful location across the road from the water and a small beach. Stunning sunsets. Unfortunately we were there on a public holiday weekend so lots of noise from the restaurants below. Otherwise perfect.

Amazing place! We absolutely loved the house, the garden and the view. It had everything we need and we enjoyed having long sunny breakfast mornings on the terrace with sea view before starting our trips around the area. The location is a short drive from Sampieri village which has an amazing beach with good parking facilities, a few beach bars/restaurants and a small Despar supermarket (they also can make delicious sandwiches for you in the salumeria). The house was our base to explore the Southeast during our trip around Sicily and we visited Siracusa, Noto, Modica, Ragusa and Scicli, stunning! Our stay was in May and seems around that time there are lots of moscitos in the evening at every place we went to so remember to bring some spray, creme etc if you have issues with that like me. We had wonderful days and it was also very nice to meet our host Elisabeth in person on the last day of our visit. Thank you for having us!

Great place to stay if you are visiting Ragusa! The location is perfect, right next to Ragusa Ibla. Spacious, homely apartment. The host was also very kind and we were welcomed by a delicious home-made cake! Not something you regularly see in other AirBnBs. Recommend! Thank you!

Beautiful place and great location

E&P were very responsive and answered all our queries. The apartment is lovely and our stay was great. The entrance and stairs are very rundown and dirty sadly but it is not the hosts fault…

What a fantastic bnb in a great location Super sunny & bright. Spacious. Lovely view over the beach & water. Very comfortable. Solid A/C. & 1k to one of the best restaurants ever, Manna! Don’t miss this amazing dinner spot! Good deli & fruit stand near the other end of pier. Livia very helpful & responsive host. I’d come here again for sure!

We had a lovely stay at Giuseppina's place in Modica. Her husband, Giovanni took us the very short walk from our car and advised where we could park. The house is very well placed to enjoy the beautiful back streets and main streets of Modica. It's small but cosy and comfortable with a cute little patio garden where we had our breakfast. Modica is wonderful - one of our favourite places.

We have just had a very relaxing 5 night stay at Michele's. It is such a private, peaceful home in a great location. As so hot we made good use of the pool, outside shower and the shaded areas marvelling everyday at the stunning views. The home itself is quite basic but clean and functional but we didn't care as so great outside. Thank you to Michele and his dad for making it such a great break.

Angela & Giuseppe were amazing hosts. They made us feel right at home and offered so many great recommendations during our visit. They were present in their adjacent home throughout our stay, & they were there if we needed anything but also very respectful of our privacy at the same time. I have never interacted so much with an airbnb host before as they are really lovely people. The property was so beautiful and relaxing. It was a great place to start & end each day of our visit. I really hope to get back there again and cannot recommend their place enough. There were so many great historical sights, beaches & restaurants within a short, (10-30 mins) drive from their place.

Very attentive care and accompaniment both before and during the stay by the IsulaTravel team. All information and notes were provided in time. A special thank you goes to the Villa Specialist Ersilia, with whom we were in direct communication and also to the owner Enzo, who familiarized us with everything upon our arrival and was also available to us during our stay. We had a wonderful week at Sea Home and highly recommend this villa. A special highlight was the spacious pool and we also appreciated the private parking very much.

We spent a wonderful week exploring the sights of Sicily (you definitely need a car) and having the oasis of Charlotte’s beautiful home to chill in the afternoon and evenings. The pictures do not do the garden justice and is a charming sun trap where we picked lemons and rosemary for our meals. Charlotte was on hand to answer any queries - the nearest supermarket (2 minute walk away), bakery (the sweetest place a 5 minute drive away), how to use the washing machine but never intruded - it is completely your own space. We visited Siracusa, Ortigia, Noto, Ampitheatre, Avola (beautiful beach, free parking, gorgeous ice cream shop on main road) and Ragusa (1.5 hour drive but spectacular views and so worth it!). We had a fabulous week, made all the better by Charlotte 🙂

This place is paradise! The property is amazing, the apartement was perfect and the location is great to explore the area with beautiful beaches and citys. The hosts were very nice and gave us helpful recommendations. We loved our time here. 100% recommend!

This is a really lovely villa, it’s got the most incredible garden that makes you feel instantly peaceful as well as being able to pick veg, fresh herbs and fruit. We were very comfortable - the small kitchen had everything you needed and the beds were great. There are so many outdoor seating areas it's hard to choose where to sit - everything is beautifully appointed and well designed and high quality. We had a very happy 6 days at Villa Orto. Sebastiano was super easy to communicate with for arrival and departure and the owner also popped in one day and was very friendly. It's less than 10 minutes drive to Noto, a little further to Avola where there are bigger supermarkets. Easy access to the main roads around the south east and the beaches. Thanks very much!

Federico was super kind. Gave us plenty of recommendations for things to do in Noto as well as our next stay in Taormina. It was raining for most of our stay, but Federico was super accommodating and gave us a flexible checkout so we could enjoy a bit of the sun at the pool. Overall, pleasant experience and a very nice bnb!
