The Casa sul Porto was born from the love of its owners for Maratea, a Lucanian town considered the pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea, a very green amphitheater that has the sea as its stage. It is located a few meters from the small tourist port of Maratea, the village where the residence is located is immersed in a network of stairs, arches and narrow passages. On the one hand it is surrounded by greenery, on the other it has a magnificent view of the Christ. The house is very bright and each apartment has at least one view of the sea.

In Scario, just a two-minute walk from the seafront (about 100 meters) there is a portion of an apartment consisting of an independent two-room apartment of 40 sqm, located on the second floor of a house with a garden. It is located in the countryside, in a panoramic and quiet place, outside the town, with private parking and a large garden. The apartment is suitable for couples, families, including those with children, and groups of friends.
