Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Marina di Vasto

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

We received a warm welcome upon arrival at the beautiful Casa Giulietta. Jeroen and Els introduced us to their lovely rescue dogs and gave a full tour of the property. Included on arrival, as well as tea, coffee etc. was a hamper full of pasta, sauce and fresh bread. The fridge also stocked with various drinks, wine, fresh salami, jam and butter etc, very generous and plenty to get you started! There were toys for our child to play with and a trampoline in the enclosed garden. The mountain views are incredible and so is the peace and quiet! Amenities and some lovely towns within a 10/15 minute drive. Jeroen and Els are so accommodating and we would stay again for future visits. Thank you!

This is the second time we have been guests of Emanuele (and, if we want to, it will not be the last) and I think this is enough to make it clear how much we enjoyed ourselves. The accommodation is perfect and has everything you need, it is in a strategic position to reach a number of places to visit and Emanuele is of a rare kindness.

Staying at Sara's Garden, guests of Alberto and Rosanna was a very pleasant experience. The house is presented as in the photos, with modern decor, all the necessary services and with a particular attention to total accessibility; an entire room is in fact equipped with all the comforts designed to guarantee an easy stay for people with disabilities. The property is located in a strategic position, which guarantees tranquility but also proximity to the main points of interest. The hospitality that Rosanna and Alberto reserve for their guests is special: from check-in to check-out they have always been present and available to respond to our every need.

We spent a wonderful week in this apartment - 2 adults, 2 small children and our dog. The apartment is beautiful, clean and full of history and details. It has 3 floors, 2 bathrooms, 2 beautiful bedrooms, 2 small balconies and one large terrace, equipped kitchen, fast wi-fi, space for work, smart TV - everything you need for a longer stay. Apartment is located in the historic center of Vasto, in the small magic street, nearby to the free parking, the market Santa Chiara, churches, bakery, restaurants, the park and an amazing views to the see. The bars in the area have turned into restaurants, so we had no problem with night noise and we slept very well. Letizia is a fantastic host, she responded quickly, she helped us with everything and she gave us great tips in the area. The only thing to mention is the stairs in the apartment - they are bit steep, but we got used to it and everything was fine. We fell in love with Vasto and also with this apartment. We occupied both apartments for a week in August . Our first criteria was to find a place for 15 people for a vacation with a children's and cousins' families. We wanted a comfortable home with an outdoor space for large family tables. And be close to the Sea so that everyone can be autonomous at their own pace . In that, Villa Arzilla was perfect! In addition, we were welcomed by very friendly owners who were very attentive to our needs and super responsive! Even though it's still secondary. We really liked the style of the apartments with its vintage antique spirit! The small accessible beach nearby is not paradise, of course there are nicer beaches nearby but to us it has much more because it was our almost private beach very uncrowded and also because we were able to bring all the beach equipment beds and umbrella made available by the owners . To be more comfortable, I recommend getting to know Mario the "boss" of the beach and making you an ally . Despite his mite apparence, he is very friendly and he will tell you his story of a great stylist and swimmer! Happy holidays at Villa Arzilla to discover the magnificent Abruzzo region!

we stayed at Simonetta's house the week of Ferragosto. The accommodation is spacious, tastefully furnished and very well supplied with everything. The garden is lovely and very pleasant for dining. The beach, various restaurants and the supermarket are within walking distance Special thanks to Simonetta for her thoughtful and attentive welcome, like a family member!

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

Great apartment with lots of space. Raffaele was always available and not only gave us many good tips in advance such as restaurants and shopping facilities, but also brought us by specialties of the area as well as cold drinks (water, wine) and olive oil in advance. The instruction in the apartment was personal and uncomplicated. Special mention should be made of the great beach place with its own, very large, permanently installed umbrella and 4 loungers in the beach section opposite (2 min. walk), as well as the private pool, both of which are only available for your own use and free of charge. Towels were changed and the apartment cleaned in between! The very clean apartment also includes 4 bicycles with which we liked to drive almost every evening the short distance (20 min/6 km) to Pescara. There is a beautiful city with a pedestrian zone and shops as well as other restaurants. In short, great and thanks to Raffaele!

A beautiful house immersed in the Abruzzo countryside, we stayed 10 days in Leone's house, here is everything you need for a relaxing vacation, from the spaces of the house , to the large private pool, and to the beautiful barbecue. The house is extremely clean and tidy and is suitable for both families and friends , both lion and his dad Ivo , are very kind and very discreet people. They gave us great advice about the area . Really great discovery , difficult to get home…

We had a quiet and pleasant weekend at this villa. Quiet place away from noise. Marco was very kind, he gave us directions to the area and where to eat in. Villa as described, surrounded by nature. Spacious and clean environments. Pleasantly satisfied

Drop-dead gorgeous property and location! The house and grounds are well maintained, and clearly cared for. The location is perfect if you are looking for a bit of quiet and seclusion (with a 5 minute climb down to a perfect beach). I would recommend having a vehicle if you are looking to explore the surrounding area.

We had an incredibly beautiful time in this dream villa! It was the perfect place to enjoy a break. The house was huge and equipped with everything you could wish for. The pool was simply awesome – we spent a lot of time there and enjoyed the sun. The hostess was great. She was always available and really took care of every detail so that we could feel at home. We immediately felt welcome and well taken care of. The villa was also sparkling clean when we arrived and it was clear that a lot of attention to detail was paid here. We had a truly unforgettable time and will remember this trip for a long time to come. Definitely a clear recommendation!
