Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Marino

This place is a hidden gem! The town is beautiful, the people are very friendly. We only stayed one night, next time we will stay longer. How Airbnb should be: great attention from the host, a very comfortable homely apartment at a good price. Fully recommend staying here, relaxing and discovering the area which is so rich in history and culture.

Nice accommodation for anyone wishing to visit the likes of Tivoli and Villa Adriana by car. The place is clean and well equipped for cooking. It also doesn't get too hot which is a huge plus. Susanna was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Massimiliano and his father Maurizio are, above all, wonderful people—welcoming and pleasant. They are always available to help in any situation. They provided us with excellent instructions on what to do and where to go. If we revisit Rome, we will definitely stay with them again. I highly recommend them to all future guests. 😍🤩

Riccardo is a very responsive and helpful host. The villa is very well located, close to the sea and the train station. Basic equipment but we found everything we needed. We were there to visit Rome and it's very easy to get to the city by train. I recommend it.

It was a real pleasure staying at Veronica's place. We had a great time and being in the heart of this beautiful village in the evening we took a nice walk coming through the alleys made even more evocative by the night lights to the beautiful Caetani Castle that we were lucky enough to visit the next morning, despite being in the company of our dog Milù. A real gem of this structure is the very large hot tub nestled in the rock on the bottom of the house. Truly an Unforgettable Stay

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Wonderful stay, beautiful room and great recommendations

We arrived in Rome and our driver easily found the apartment. We loved the immediate neighborhood and Trastevere as a whole. Great restaurants nearby, especially right downstairs, and close enough to Rome’s attractions without being in the center of all the tourists. We had great communication with the hosts though we didn’t have any problems. Would definitely go back.

Salvatore is a nice and responsive person. The place is spotlessly clean and match the definition. All in all, a great place for our first time in Rome.

We really enjoyed our stay. Family of 5, and we used the two bedrooms plus the pull out sofa bed in the living room. Being on two levels was nice and allowed us each our own spaces to enjoy. A/C worked well. Roberto and his wife were so nice and prepared us well with recommendations of the area. They were also very responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Thank you, Roberto, for a wonderful stay in Rome!

I had a fantastic stay! Communication before and during the visit was excellent—clear, helpful, and always friendly. The welcome was one of the best I’ve ever received, making me feel immediately at home. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in the vibrant and charming Trastevere neighborhood. It’s an ideal base for exploring Rome. The villa is in a fantastic location adjacent to Piazza Navona. Of course that piazza had lots of restaurants, but we also found many off the beaten path that were great with reasonable prices. The Pantheon is also nearby which you could actually see from the upstairs shower room. The upstairs bedroom (huge) was my fave with 360° views of the city. The AC was very efficient and much needed with the high outdoor temps. The main gathering area was very small, so keep that in mind if that is a must have.

Peaceful elegance in a beautiful location, was exactly right for us..loved the pool and the space in the villa was great. We could relax easily and also did some excursions during the day..Would highly recommend

We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with a gracious, welcoming host and a beautiful space to enjoy, this is it!

The home is a charming mix of old world decor and modern amenities. Laura was the consummate host—very responsive, friendly and professional. The house is in a neighborhood, so you will hear barking dogs from time to time. There are two grocery stores a short walk away. And we found it quite easy to get wherever we needed to go from there in our rental car (for which secure parking was also available). Our only complaint was that the beds were too firm for our old bodies (all in our 70’s).

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

There are not enough positives to give for our stay at Giovanna’s. The villa was absolutely stunning, the photos are amazing but it’s even better in person, a large beautiful garden and lovely pool. The place was spotless and had everything you could need. The most standout feature was what incredible hosts Giovanna and Ricardo were, they went out of their way to help us and were so exceptionally kind and willing to help us with anything we needed. There was always communication to make sure everything was okay and nothing was too much for them, they were even very understanding and patient whilst I tried to use my beginners Italian! They are some of the kindest people we have ever met and the villa is beautiful not to mention Tivoli and the surrounding area itself. Couldn’t recommend more.

This place greatly added to our vacation. We came to Claudio’s villa after a few days in Venice. Claudio’s place was exactly as described and so much more. The beautiful outdoor space provided a tranquil setting for us to retreat to after touring with the crowds in Rome. We enjoyed the quiet life of the oceanfront town and its easy walkable access to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. But the real gem was our access to Claudio. Not only did Claudio provide a respite but also all the extras : a fully stocked refrigerator with everything needed to make our first meal as well as daily transfers and pickup to and from the train station. He also took us to the airport at 4am. We throughly enjoyed our stay and we would book with Claudio again without hesitation. Thank you for your hospitality.
