This is a Turn of the Century Victorian Home. It was built in 1900, we are the 3rd owners. It has been well loved and given a new look. It is our desire to share this with unique space with everyone. You will have a warm and inviting space to relax in. Upgrades include an extensive water filtration system and thermostatic shower controls. Kingston Suites also offers central air and heat for each floor giving you control of your comfort. This is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY. There are 3 suites total

Just minutes away from shopping areas, downtown, and great restaurants. It's just half a block from a local grocery store. Nine minutes from newbo. The Heart House in NewBo

Just one block from NewBo Market in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood, this sparkling clean, cozy and eclectic space is the upper apartment of an 1890s era home listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Once slated for demolition, the Heart House was fully restored (in a way that charms everyone) to include a first floor shop and a second floor apartment. Guests especially love the clawfoot tub with rainfall showerhead.

Cozy Cottage

Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. Beautiful, cozy barn in the quiet countryside

Come enjoy a relaxing get away on beautiful Sugar Bottom Road. A great place for the outdoor enthusiast, no matter the season. Ideal also for quiet relaxation and privacy. We are a small acreage just 15 minutes from Iowa City, 7 minutes from Solon, and 30 minutes from the Cedar Rapids airport. Our converted barn is at the back of the property, behind the house. There is a separate road leading back to the barn for super convenient parking. It’s rustic, cozy, warm and inviting.

The Irish Hill - Uptown Marion

Named after it’s neighborhood roots, this 2 bedroom apartment is full of charm. Originally the first floor of a 1900 home for railroad workers in Marion, it is now a refurbished 2 bedroom apartment we call the Irish hill. A completely separate 1 bedroom apartment (also on Airbnb) is the top half of the house, and we call that the Uptown B! Check it out on our host profile. Irish hill guests will have access to a .25 acre yard (unfenced). Only blocks away from uptown Marion!
