John & Lina were great hosts! They were quick to respond to any communication & were very proactive in making sure that we had all the details prior to arrival. They were thoughtful & left water and snacks for us too! What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get, a clean, well cared for place to stay. Kitchen was supplied well with essentials; plates, pots, pans, glasses etc. Description in ad is very accurate. We didn't visit the lot across the street so I'm unable to comment on that but you can see the lake from the kitchen & living room windows. The area is nice; we felt comfortable & safe. There is a road in the front of the home that sees a fair amount of traffic but we didn't notice any noise issues. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. I will point out that if you are a very tall person that the rooms do have lower ceilings than you may be use to; it didn't bother us. My husband & son are both 5'11 & were fine. We loved this apartment & we would stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay. We had a family of 5 and each bedroom had very comfortable beds. The location was close to the wedding venue we attended. The amount of parking was perfect for our vehicles. If we are ever in the area again we would not hesitate to book again!

The suite was well-equipped and very clean. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and having laundry facilities was a big plus. The location is very convenient — within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and a beautiful pond with walking trails. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay and even more when the weather is nice to enjoy the pool. Plenty of towels available for use so that is a plus. Absolutely loved having a Keurig available for coffee throughout the day. Welcome snacks were provided which was a nice.

Bed was comfortable but small. The room was pretty hot--over 80 upon arrival--so we had to cool it down, There was a smoke warning from Canadian forest fires--we learned on day 3 when someone mentioned at a local nature preserve--caused a lot of coughing because we didnt realize it. We had windows open to cool down at night. Just be aware this summer.

Gina was a wonderful host who was very considerate of me traveling with my 1 year old. The space was perfect for what we needed and conveniently located. I would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay! The location is ideally situated between sites of interest in all directions. The room itself is a charming studio apartment, very neat and clean and cozy. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would happily do so again. 10/10 recommend.

The apartment was perfect for 3 people. The host was always reachable and friendly. I was impressed with the hosts hospitality and kindness. I appreciated the little amenities like the travel toothbrush kit and the kitchen supplies. Most importantly, I lost a very important document after check out and even though there was another client in the apartment, she still figured out a way to go back in and search the house and take pictures for me. She looked for my document diligently and for that alone, I wish her nothing but the best. You won’t be disappointed if you book your stay with Gabriella. My parents enjoyed their stay and we were all sad to leave. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Charming old home with all the necessities. Loved everything from the squeaky floors, to the pull chain lights. An amazing library of books, too. A bit noisy outside with city traffic but if you’re used to that then you should be fine. Would definitely stay again.

The place was easy to find, clean, and Luis had left clear instructions for check in and check out. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Evenings are equally special walking the path to the beach and settling into the adriondack chair with a glass of wine It's a peaceful ritual that grounds you in gratitude. The home itself is cozy, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated with calming beachy touches that make you feel at ease. It's perfectly located just minutes from downtown Salem. I'm grateful to be one of the lucky guests to stay in David's home. He was a kind and gracious host. A truly memorable retreat I will be back

Beautiful interior. Comfy bed and beautiful bathroom. I felt like I was Audrey Hepburn. Area is convenient and you are literally in walking distance of everything. I loved this experience it was beautiful. Thank you!

Great place to stay during our trip to Boston. Close enough to the city for easy access, but just out of the way for nice and quiet evenings. I'd love to come here and stay again for my next trip!

Grey and Leslie’s place was perfect for my fiancé and I while visiting Boston! It was very easy to get to the commuter rail, which we rode to get to a Red Sox game. Grey and Leslie gave great suggestions and were very responsive when I had any questions. Highly recommend!

Stayed for 3 nights to visit family. Was a great stay! Tub is beautiful and comfy. Takes a while to fill as mentioned in description but stays warm! No complaints. Would book again on my next trip!

Both John and Carol were very inviting and friendly—- Carol even came out to bid us farewell when we checked out. The view is just breathtaking…. Could not ask for more… except warmer weather so we could have enjoyed the pool. :). The apartment had everything we needed and more. The fridge was stocked with breakfast snacks and milk and half and half for morning coffee…. Very nice touch. Great restaurant choices nearby as well. Highly recommend the Arms Hotel. Great food, HUGE portions. I would definitely stay again!

Everything was absolutely exceptional! My parents stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive — they replied to our messages and requests immediately, which made everything so easy and stress-free. My parents left extremely happy and are already talking about coming back. Highly recommended!

This home served us perfectly. It matched the description and with the bedrooms not side by side, it was perfect with a crying baby in the other room 👶🏻 - we didn’t hear a peep!

Annique's place is a second floor flat in a quiet street not far from the "T" and grocery stores. The flat has a beautiful wooden floor and spacious bathroom. For me, the high point was having an office space with a standing desk - I loved it! The amenities Annique provides shows she is an extremely thoughtful host and is very responsive. Definitely an excellent place to stay..

Beautiful condo, perfect for 2 people! Everything you need was provided. Deck was lovely. The location can’t be beat. Highly recommend for a Fun Boston Experience!
