Cozy apartment close to the beaches

The bis workshop is located in the heart of the Opal Coast in the small town of Marquise. Between Boulogne and Calais, our apartment is conveniently located to visit our beautiful Côte d'Opale and its beaches (all about 12 km away) as well as many activities (Naussica, swimming pool, quad, skating rink...). Close to all amenities (supermarket, restaurants, etc...) free parking 150 m away. The apartment has a private entrance, where you can store surfboards, bicycles, etc.

Beautiful apartment with superb sea view!

Let yourself be lulled while admiring the sea, comfortably seated on the living room sofa... Our apartment is located on the 6th and top floor of the "Grand Bleu" (accessible by elevator). It has a magnificent sea view, allowing you to admire the Boulogne lighthouse on one side and the Côte d'Opale and the English cliffs on the other if the weather is mild. Access to the beach is directly at the foot of the apartment, with the children's pool just opposite.

Are you hesitating between the sea and the countryside? Our apartment, classified by the Ministry of Tourism, is the ideal compromise close to the most beautiful beaches on the coast. This is also the starting point for multiple walks in the countryside. You can go and recharge your batteries in Wimereux, Wissant, Hardelot, Le Touquet, etc... then come and rest on the terrace. Kitchen equipment as well as bed linen and towels are available. Happy holidays!

The seaside annex

Sea view apartment with bedroom and private jacuzzi area with sea view. Hotel bedding for your comfort. Hot stone relaxation area, infrared and light therapy. Patio bathroom with kitchen area consisting of a fridge/microwave/hotplates/Senseo coffee maker and cutlery. The minimum is offered for "breakfast" (coffee, tea, sugar, 2 vacuum-packed rolls, 2 bottles of water, 2 bottles of orange juice). Hours are from 5 p.m. to 11 a.m. Enjoy your stay.

Getaway on the dike

The getaway on the dike is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in a cozy, quiet and bright apartment. Ideally located by the beach and close to shops. The apartment, with courtyard views, is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a unique character, quiet and secure (video surveillance) with elevator access. Access not currently suitable for people with reduced mobility. 🔴Linens are not included (see additional information).🔴

Atypical apartment with neat decor, located in Marquise (the apartment is located on the second floor without elevator of a townhouse) It is located on the 1st floor, so you will have 2 levels of stairs to access the accommodation and a few steps to access the bedroom which is in the middle floor (this can be a bit of a challenge for less agile people and children) Optional: breakfast delivery service

Charming studio from 60m2 to 15 mins walk from the beach, overlooking the site of Cap Blanc Nose, can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. It consists of a large open living room with 6 beds living room kitchen storage and a bathroom. The property is located on the 2nd floor above the restaurant, with independent access to the small garden. Do not plan the bread for the morning, we offer all our guests fresh bread, butter and jam.
