Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Marrakesh

Wow — what a gem! This place is right in the heart of Gueliz, super easy to walk to Avenue Mohammed V where you’ve got everything: shopping malls, tons of restaurants, cafés (yep, Starbucks & McDonald’s are right there), local shops, and even big names like Zara. The apartment itself was spotless, super stylish, and had everything you could possibly need — washing machine, air-con, coffee machine, you name it. The lift makes getting up to the flat super easy, and the host was super quick and helpful anytime I needed anything. The underground parking is a bit snug, but super handy if you’ve got a car. And honestly, you can walk pretty much everywhere from here anyway. If I’m ever back in Marrakech, this is 100% where I’m staying again!

Me ha encantado el apartamento, fácil llegar, el personal es muy amable y atento en todo momento, todo muy limpio, me he sentido como en casa, además está cerca de restaurantes, súper agradecida del trato, no dudaré en volver!!

J’ai passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel dans ce logement. Tout était parfait. L’hospitalité des hôtes était remarquable, toujours disponibles et attentionnés pour rendre l’expérience encore plus agréable. Tout était conforme aux photos et même mieux en vrai ! Je recommande à 100 % ce logement et j’y reviendrai sans hésitation lors de mon prochain passage à Marrakech. Merci encore pour cette merveilleuse expérience !

Appartement très agréable, fidèle aux photos et à la description. Tout était propre, bien aménagé et très confortable. L’emplacement est pratique et le logement dispose de tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Je recommande sans hésiter !

superbe villa. grande et agréable. La salle cinéma est un vrai plus avec accès à netflix et youtube. l'emplacement est très bien - hors Marrakech et proche en voiture. on a pu garer nos voitures sans souci: 1 à l'intérieur et l'autre sur l'allée de parking. l'endroit est surveillé. Jamel est très réactif et à l'écoute. Rachida est une super cuisinière aussi. super expérience - que je recommande et que je referai.

This Villa exceeded our expectations , truly luxurious and so spacious. The Villa was in a good location with security, and it was easy enough for us to reach all the places we wanted to visit. The host was so helpful and quick to respond and check in on us during our stay. Khadija was our housekeeper and she was amazing. Me and my friends had the best stay here.

Absolutely lovely home. Much better than the photos. Very clean, the lady that was cleaning the house made us feel so comfortable and at ease. It was literally our home for the week. She was so kind and helpful and caring. Saeed the guy I was corresponding is very kind and helpful. He made us feel very comfortable, answered all our queries. With a delayed flight, he found us emergency accommodation for an extra night without a question. I cannot recommend them enough. They are so kind and caring. Lovely people, lovely country! Absolutely will be recommending to my friends and family & will book again for sure. Kind security, kind driver and kind house lady. Thank you so much for making our stay extra special

Simon was so wonderful and the check-in was so smooth Zahra was so special and amazing made us a lovely breakfast every morning. The whole communication was amazing. They even got us groceries that were there upon arrival. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this. Riyadh the air-conditioning worked great the rooms were wonderful and we had an amazing amazing time highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rouge over Easter in April 2025. A family of five plus my parents, we had plenty of space indoors and out. The two pools (one heated) were perfect for both warm and cooler days. The large, beautifully kept garden gave the kids lots of space to run around, play football—and even spot a few tortoises! The house is spacious and comfortable, with multiple areas to eat, play games, and relax, including a big projector for evening movies. Yassine was responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Jamila, the housekeeper, was a superstar—she went above and beyond and even cooked meals for us as an optional extra. The owner also called from France to check in, which was a lovely touch. The villa is about 20 minutes from the Medina and 10 minutes from a large supermarket, so we'd consider a car essential. We’d happily recommend Villa Rouge to others, and hope to return. Thank you, Yassine and Jamila for a wonderful stay!

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable à Marrakech entre amis ! Le logement était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, propre, spacieux et décoré avec goût, dans un style typiquement marocain. L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné, avec de bons conseils pour visiter la ville et profiter des environs. L’emplacement est idéal, à la fois calme et proche des principaux centres d’intérêt. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le salon et la piscine, parfait pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Un grand merci à notre hôte pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Le logement était très spacieux avec trois chambres et trois salles de bain. Il est bien situé, pour aller dans le centre de Marrakech, on peut soit prendre le taxi (taxi en face de la résidence sécurisée) ou y aller à pied (20 minutes avec nos trois enfants). Dans la résidence, il ya une piscine, des restaurants et des petites epiceries... Notre hôte a toujours été très réactif quand il nous manquait des choses ou pour trouver un taxi très tôt le matin pour notre départ. Nous le remercions. Les sites sont à proximité, les jardins se crets, les jardins de Majorelle, les différents palais mais aussi la vallée d'Ouzoud ou l'Ourika, le désert d'Agafay. Je recommande fortement.

Merci a Hicham pour son hospitalité et sa gentillesse. Le logement est impeccable et très bien situé. J’y reviendrai les yeux fermés. Je me suis senti comme chez moi et hicham propose même des contacts pour des activités sur marrakech. Au top ! Merci encore.

Nous avons passé quatre nuits dans cet appartement idéalement situé. Tout était conforme aux photos , les lits sont très confortables, l'appartement possède tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour profiter de nos vacances. Les hôtes Cédric et Anouar sont très sympathique et arrangeant. Honnêtement je recommande vivement cette location.

The apt has a really good vibe to it and makes you not wish to leave. It's very comfortable and well equipped. it's excellently located and very central making many places walkable yet it's peaceful and away from noise. the sound of the frogs from jardin majorelle in the distance is really magical. And nouzha is very responsive and helpful. a great place

Naima & Salim has a gorgeous house & and they are even better hosts. Special thanks to Salim for helping us with such a smooth checkin and then a perfect 4 night stay. Everything was impeccable and much more than what we expected. A big thank you to Salim again for helping us with arranging local cabs for travelling around and also local recommendations. Would highly recommend staying at Naima & Salim's place.

Very cozy apartment, very secure residence for families ! Abdelati is a very friendly host , responsive and respectful. The apartment was clean well maintained and decorated! It felt like Home 👍🏻

Situé près de l’aéroport, ce que nous recherchions pour un départ tôt le matin. L’appartement convient parfaitement pour une famille, nous étions 6 personnes. Il est propre et correspond tout à fait aux photos. De plus Abdel est réactif et fort sympathique

The host Hilba was excellent and remained in contact with me through out my stay to ensure everything was ok. I requested an iron to iron my shirts and Hilba organised one to be delivered immediately. Excellent stay for my short time in Marrakesh, thank you Hilba :)
