Cette vieille dame a fait l'objet de trois ans de travaux pour retrouver toutes ses lettres de noblesse, tout l'enjeu était de conserver les éléments d'époque et le cachet unique qui lui confère. Préparez vous pour un voyage dans le temps chez cette vieille dame, qui mérite toute votre attention et respect afin qu'elle puisse nous charmer.

Comfortable and spacious family home, quiet, but close to everything. In my absence, I make available my independent accommodation on the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 7) with direct access to the shared garden (with terrace/barbecue). Please note, this accommodation has the charm of the old but IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN (balcony railing not up to standard). All the comforts of an inhabited house: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth hi-fi, coffee machine with bean grinder, spices available for cooking...

Une charmante tiny house de 19 m2 avec une terrasse privative de 40 m2 donnant vue sur le château de Châteaugay ainsi que sur la plaine de la Limagne. L'accès à la mezzanine (chambre) se fait par une échelle. Vous serez à 15 min du centre ville de Clermont Ferrand et vous pourrez aussi visiter les alentours. Profitez de la nature et des nombreuses balades. Allez visiter différents lieux interessants (plateau de Gergovie, Puy-de-dôme par exemple)

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.
