Beautiful apartment in a great location with a wonderful view of the sea

little weekend of May 1st with the family! the proposed apartment is very good in a quiet area with all shops and beach nearby despite our late arrival Clementine was super welcoming and available. thank you for the warm welcome at 11pm ...😅

We were three couples from Iceland staying here after an amazing 7-day boat trip on the Canal du Midi. The accommodation exceeded our expectations – bright, spotless, and very well equipped. The location is perfect: peaceful, yet just a short walk to the town center. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond and made us feel very welcome. We immediately felt at home. We highly recommend this Airbnb – it was the perfect ending to a fantastic journey!

We stayed in Agde for 3 nights and had a great stay at the property! The views and surroundings are beautiful. There are many apartments on the promenade, but you can still find a quiet place on the beach. The bus is only 3 minutes away on foot. The apartment is very lovingly furnished - we felt immediately comfortable. Caroline and Benoit sent us a very clear and professional guide in advance, which included everything from check-in to recommendations for activities. So we were able to prepare for the stay. We'll be back.

Isabella’s apartment was exactly what we wanted for 8 nights in Sete. Perfect location in the centre of the town with a wonderful view of the canal from the third floor balcony (the lift was very welcome!), excellent air conditioning and just a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars anyone could wish for. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to a couple wanting a central location in this wonderful, wonderful town.

The accommodation is functional and is ideally located a few minutes from the sea. the many beds and the terrace overlooking the canal are really appreciated. we had a great weekend. laetitia was very responsive and took the time to chat with us when we left. we also greatly appreciated it that it allowed us to leave the accommodation a little later than expected. everything was done to make us feel good and we will come back without hesitation. go there with our eyes closed

Very nice apartment near the port of Mèze, within walking distance of restaurants, the shuttle to Sète and the beach of the Etang de Thau. Clean and well-equipped apartment with beautiful view of the pond. Easy location to visit the surroundings such as Montpellier, Nîmes, St-Guilhem-le-désert, the Pont du Gard, etc. Pascale from the agency kindly welcomed us and provided us with plenty of information about the region and things to visit.

We had a great weekend with friends. The house is great,bright, fully equipped and suitable for a stay with family or friends. The host is super welcoming and was flexible in terms of schedules. The host who knows the area kindly informed us about the good places around. We recommend it +++. We would not hesitate to return to this villa during our next stay in Agde. Thanks!

We were very well settled! Pleasant studio, consistent with the description. The fenced and grassy garden is a real plus, especially for dogs! Ideal location for walks between city, sea and pond. We were very well received, with small touches on our arrival, very good and responsive message exchanges. Sandrine was also accommodating with the schedules. Thank you very much for your welcome! It was the second time we’ve stayed at pascales place and enjoyed it as much as the first time , pascale is very helpful and we highly recommend it

We had a great time at Paul's house. The view is magnificent, the pool is also. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to withdraw if you wish. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

Great stay at Bernard's, in a charming, clean and functional accommodation. A very comfortable bed, a private terrace and a swimming pool available (I bathed there despite the rather cool temperature, it was a very nice plus!). Communication was easy and Bernard lent us two bikes for our rides! The sea is a stone's throw away and the city (Agde, Cap d'Agde, Grau d'Agde) is easily accessible by bike or car. Lots of opportunities for sightseeing or walks. Beautiful sunshine too during this stay which turned out to be perfect!

An old house of great character with comfortable sitting room and well-equipped but old style farm kitchen. The shaded terrace was excellent for meals outside and the patio in front of the living room’s French doors was great for breakfast in the sun. The setting and scenery are absolutely beautiful and it is possible to do great walks right from the door. Our dog, Jim, was in his element. The house is well located for numerous walks including the Gorges d’Heric and circuits above Olargues and Saint Pons de Thomiere. A car is essential. There is no local shopping but there are supermarkets in Bedarieux and Saint Pons, not too far away. We enjoyed the restaurant ‘le lézard bleu which is close by in Vieussan. Lydia is a very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. An excellent stay we hope to return.

2 nights at Hélène and Gilles to close my spiritual journey🥰🥰🥰 A welcoming and lively village despite 1600 inhabitants!!! A warm welcome from Hélène and Gilles as well as their little son on all fours😇😇😇 A spacious, clean and functional accommodation as well as a nice terrace where I enjoyed my breakfast every morning. I should have said Royal Brunch prepared by Hélène with love😋🙏😋 of savory, sweet homemade... divinely good pastries, a special mention for the homemade marmalade with its generous amount of oranges, hihihi, to be able to go for a walk 🤩🤩🤩 Good recommendations from Hélène....The best stop of my 10-day trip where I made 5 stops.... I recommend it without hesitation and would be happy to come back🌞🪷🌞

Very good welcome from Philippe, he is a host attentive to the smooth running of your stay and available if needed. Still reachable. As for the apartment, in addition to being super well-located, close to the beach, the city center, and the port, it is really very nice, nicely decorated, well equipped and very functional. From the terrace, we saw on dunes (wild), which gives access to a path along the cliffs, overlooking the sea (beautiful) ideal for walks and jogging. We had a great time (far too short), and we would definitely recommend Philippe's apartment. Martine and Pascal

Communication with Helene was as good as it gets. She met us at the apartment and made sure we were settled in. She got back to us immediately when we had small issues or questions. And she met us upon checkout to make sure that went smoothly. The space is a bit smaller than expected, though I believe the size was stated exactly in the listing. It was incredibly clean and had everything we could need. And the balcony was nicer and had a better view of the saltmarsh than we expected. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the apartment worked well. The location, while not right by anything you would want to visit, is centrally located for all the things you might want to visit. Having the bikes completely made the trip and made accessing all areas, including the town, the beaches, and the saltmarsh, easy and pleasurable.

Awesome stay at this place in a great location! Everything is nearby: shops, restaurants, transport... while being quiet. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and comfortable. We feel really good there. Responsive and welcoming host. I recommend it without hesitating!

Beautiful location straight on the beach. Flat is bright, comfortable and easy to use. Excellent beds and showers. Owner is very responsive. Would definitely recommend.
