Family-friendly holiday rentals in Marshfield

The Nana-Tucket Inn is an absolutely gorgeous and pristine property with everything a family could need! It was perfect for our family while we were visiting New England. It was a great space for family time and our teenagers had plenty to do. Nancy and Joe are the perfect hosts! They are kind and extremely helpful while they maintain the beautiful property. They are not intrusive at all but are there if you need anything. During our stay, a huge storm blew through Massachusetts with extremely strong winds and tons of rain. Nancy and Joe had the mess made by the storm was cleaned up immediately by a professional crew the next morning so that we did not miss a single moment of the property amenities! Nancy also made us a blueberry crumble cake that was delicious and so kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we cannot wait to return during our next New England trip.

Perfect house for 8 guests (we had 10 guests one night, but they had to sleep on a pull out couch). The pool and hot tub in the backyard is awesome for a summer getaway. Tons of common space/living areas, wish we were able to use it more! Kitchen has everything you need. The layout is pretty unique and took a bit to get used to, but it added to the overall charm. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for a long weekend (we were here for a wedding and made a weekend out of it) or if you’re looking for a getaway to the Cape for a week. Great location too!

Great stay! Place is in a quiet residential area, yet centrally located and easy to get places. Nice yard and hot tub was a plus (clean and good temp). We didn’t have a chance to use the fire pit, but outdoor furniture and sitting area was nice with space for everyone. House was very clean, beds comfortable. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-stocked with all the essentials. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and out super easy. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, with great local spots just a short walk or drive away. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

This house had such an exceptional energy to it, it was so peaceful. The hosts are unbelievably welcoming and helpful! You can quickly tell how remarkable this place is. It was such a pleasure to stay in this house and explore the island this weekend. It was our first time on MV and it was wonderful. The beach was so close and relaxing, and amazing restaurants a just a short walk down the street! A huge thank you to the hosts for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home, it was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend.

Smaranda was outside when we arrived, she greeted us and since it was around dinner time she offered some recommendations for dinner. It had been quite windy that day so the pool and hot tub had some leaves and debris in them. She was very apologetic (obviously not her fault, we can't control Mother Nature) and was very attentive and worked hard to get both the pool and hot tub ready for us to use. She showed us how everything worked and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. We used both the pool and hot tub after we got back to the space after dinner and they were both very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and everything went as planned. Beautiful setting with ocean views and pretty landscaping and gardens view out every window. Easily accommodated six people in our party. Home was equipped with everything we needed. Outside seating, hot tub and grill area are lovely. We had a nor’easter arrive so didn’t get to enjoy outside too much but the little that we did was incredible! Gas fireplace in living room kept dampness at bay and was just lovely. Two inside eating areas were perfect! Would come back in a heartbeat!

Apartment was clean, comfortable and priced well. It was the perfect size for family of three. Loved the outdoor space and great location. Marblehead is stunning. Host is excellent

Great place. We loved the location and the surroundings. Wally was you receptive and proactive. Everything we needed was available. The instructions and local information was great and even though we had a plan of things to do, it provided us a couple of awesome ideas for our down time. We had a great stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy to get to the city. Lots of space for the six of us to eat and relax together. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline just minutes walk from the place. Comfortable beds and soft sheets too! We also had no troubles parking nearby and leaving our car (for free) for our entire stay.

Wonderful getaway in the woods, but close to restaurants and shop in Rockport. We loved being greeted by the dogs and the hiking trails right outside the front door are amazing.

Adorable cottage, nice lay out, very clean with all of the comforts of home, a dishwasher, brand new stove, nice size fridge with ice maker. This cottage has a private backyard with grill and new teak patio set and lounge chairs for relaxing and soaking up the sun, the window boxes are a nice touch to add to the cottage charm! Beautiful location near 2 very nice beaches, peaceful neighborhood near the Cape Cod Canal for morning or afternoon walks and bike rides. Great restaurants close by, The Lobster Trap and Trading Post lounge are my favorites, also a great little store right down the street, Gray Gables Market has everything you would need for your stay. We loved our stay, can’t wait to visit again!

The house and property were great! The house was exactly as described, but better. The house was immaculate which is something I really appreciate when I travel. The house was very comfortable and very well stocked. Comfy beds and couch. My husband forgot his toothbrush and was so happy to find a pack of them in the cabinet to avoid a late night run to a local store. The pond was great, we enjoyed fishing and kayaking! Our pup was very comfortable as well. Overall we had a great stay and really enjoyed the house, pond, and amenities. Jennifer was extremely responsive to the few questions we had. Great find!

Perfect location. Host was there to even be sure I got a spot right in front of the cottage because it was busy time around there. Very clean and in tip top shape. Will definitely book there again.

The home was in a very nice and quiet area of town with groceries, gas and restaurants a short walk or drive away even in during busy hours of Boston traffic. The home was actually larger than expected with two full bathrooms, one on each floor. Everything was clean and ready for us with a well equipped kitchen and filtered water. There was a nice booth area to eat as well as counter seating and a dining room. We only had three in our party, but you could comfortably house a much larger family in the rental. We have a few more trips planned to Boston this year and will book this first if it is available, would like to stay again.

Rob was a great host ! He responded within a timely manner and the place was very clean and felt just like home. I would suggest bringing board games and such for the rainy days. For the folks who enjoy cooking the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. I would also recommend renting bikes or taking an Uber if you don't like walking. The walk to town was about 25 minutes. Overall great stay would love you stay her again it gives you the peace and quiet while also being close enough to everything and a beautiful view of the ocean.

This place was INCREDIBLE!! Marla and her family were so responsive and so welcoming!! This house was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The furniture was so comfortable and cozy. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here! I hope to come back in the near future!! Thank you Marla and family for being such amazing hosts!!

We stayed in the tree house suite. It had a lovely deck surrounded by trees and a great view of the sky. Craig and Ginny are as friendly a couple you will ever meet--always quick to answer questions and offer some great suggestions, Craig even offered to drop us off at a few places. They were so kind they felt like old friends. The beach is beautiful and a five minute walk away--which is great because they charge 25 bucks to park. So do the easy walk, and Ginny will provide chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Hyannis itself is a great place to walk around with lots of shops and great restaurants. We also took a ferry to Nantucket which was delightful, as well. I would visit them again without question. Go. You won't be disappointed. Michael and Rebecca

This was our second time staying at Paul’s home, and once again had a wonderful experience! Paul and Meredith are welcoming, kind, and friendly. The house is spacious, and has plenty of room for our family to enjoy a week together - relaxing, cooking and playing games. The views are beautiful, and we enjoyed lots of time bird watching and soaking it in. We enjoyed easy access to our favorite Cape restaurants and shopping. This home is perfect for a Cape getaway, and Paul is a fantastic host!

Beautiful setting in the woods, incredibly peaceful- yet minutes away from a lovely New England village with shops and cafes.

We had a wonderful stay at Garrett’s place. The apartment location can’t be beat, right on the water and walking distance to town but also nice and peaceful. Our family enjoyed the balcony and the comfy living room and kitchen. Would recommend!

Patrick is a fantastic host and was very proactive and responsive when we ran into a problem outside anyone’s control. We would definitely recommend this home and host to others traveling to the area

We loved this house !! Everything was as described in listing and more !! Will definitely be booking with Don & Sandy again in the future.. The house was amazing! So well thought out with so much stuff for both kids and adults to do inside and outside! Pool was refreshing and they even had a pool guy come clean it during our stay which was great :) It was also very well stocked with toiletries and kitchen supplies (garbage bags, dish soap ect.) Hosts were very proactive and professional making sure that we were good and taken care of. Can’t say enough good things about our experience this stay ❤️
