Painter's Suite

Suite del Pittore was born from the desire to offer a unique experience in the historical heart of Tivoli, just 25 km from the center of Rome. Located in a privileged position, in front of the Mensa Ponderaria, the Duomo and a few steps from Villa d'Este, it is a charming refuge for those looking for a mix of history, art and modern comfort. The structure has been carefully renovated, using materials typical of the area, preserving authenticity and enhancing the link with the millennial culture of the place.

House near Rome with Beautiful Views and Pool

The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!

Iu Ruschiu

Detached house, close to the center of the village of Capestrano, located in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Lega National Park. The house can be used all year round because it is equipped with every comfort and can be used by couples, families or groups thanks to its large spaces. The location is strategic for visiting both the mountains and the sea, with an equal distance in both cases. There is also a small outdoor patio that can also be used for a pleasant aperitif outdoors.
