B&B near train station/historic center, 10 min to beach

Our accommodation is conveniently located whether you want to enjoy the beaches (10 min drive, beach bus 3 min), the hinterland or the nearby Camargue, we are very close to the highway exit and the beach road (300 m). Your access to the accommodation will be easy whether you come by car (free parking) or train (bus stop for the train station at the foot of the building). The historic center is easily accessible in less than 10 minutes by bus or bike, 15/20 minutes on foot

The Poolside Room

Located in Aigues-Mortes in Camargue, Laurence and Pascal offer a guest room in their villa with garden and swimming pool, in a very quiet area, ideal for relaxing. Breakfast is served every morning on the private terrace. You will find restaurants and shops within walking distance. The Poolside Room is a 5-minute walk from the ramparts of Aigues-Mortes and the market. Motorcycles, bicycles can be secured. Free parking always available in front of the villa.

The two bedrooms that I make available to you are located in a villa with garden in a quiet area. The blue bedroom contains two single beds and the pink bedroom has 1 large bed close to a bus stop that takes you to the tram in 5 minutes. A small lake is a 5-minute walk away. LE CRES is 12 km from Montpellier. The bathroom and toilet are shared. The price is 40 euros per room (2 people) breakfast is extra (5 euros) to be paid on site

Venez profiter d’un moment à deux hors du temps, idéalement situé entre Lattes et Palavas, à seulement 5 minutes de Montpellier. Private room in our family villa close to Montpellier. The room is well-equipped and spacious, with a French window overlooking the garden, a peaceful view of the pool and trees. Breakfast is complimentary (tea, coffee, bread, jam...). A private bathroom will be reserved for you, directly accessible from the bedroom (a corridor to cross). The environment is remarkably quiet, free street parking, tram access on foot (about 25 min).

We offer the possibility of using our kitchen and of course access to the pool during the summer and the garden all year round. We also provide a crib and high chair. The same applies to our washing machine and dryer.
