This cottage, designed and manufactured by us, will welcome you for a quiet stay. Many family-friendly activities are nearby (hiking, fishing, Le Grand Défi tree climbing park 5 minutes away, zoo and beaches 20 minutes away, Puy du Fou and Noirmoutier 1 hour away, etc.). The ground floor, about 20 m2, contains a beautiful living room (with sofa bed), upstairs, a mezzanine under a slope contains 2 sleeping spaces (1 double bed/1 single bed).

Renovated barn in rural areas and close to the coast. Large enclosed garden and swimming thanks to its unheated pool open from mid-May to mid-October. Pool available to tenants and owners (By flexible time slots) Equipped with all comforts. Linens, sheets, end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Breakfasts not included, however tea, coffee, herbal teas available. Pets, parties and charging of electric vehicles not allowed.
