Siamo stati nell'appartamento di Francesco da giovedì a domenica e siamo stati benissimo ! l'appartamento è confortevole ed è presente tutto il necessario, come stare a casa propria! Monticchio è a dieci minuti da L'Aquila e a mezz'ora da Fonte Cerreto, da cui parte la funivia per il Gran Sasso. Il Gran Sasso è stupendo e, se ti piace la natura, il trekking, andare in bici o a cavallo, la posizione della casa è ottimale per raggiungere le attrazioni naturalistiche della zona. È stato un piacere stare alla casa di Vincenzo e Tracy! Le due sono molto gentili e la casa e incredibile! La cucina e grandissima e le stanze sono aperte e grandissime. Anche in inverno c'è un forno pellet e è molto bello prendere un caffè nel sole alla terrazza o fare un barbecue abbruzzese. Ci vuole una macchina per fare escursioni e spese (per esempio la città di Atri e gli calanchi sono molto belli!). Grazie di tutto!

Piękne mieszkanie, urządzone we włoskim klimacie. Bardzo czysto. W pełni wyposażone , w mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebne a nawet i więcej. Super lokalizacja, do morza spacerem 3 minuty , do centrum max 10 minut. W spokojnej okolicy. Pani Simonetta jest bardzo miła i kontaktowa. Na samym początku przedstawiła nam miejsca do których warto pójść , poleciła najlepsze restauracje , a nawet na koniec zamówiła taxi na lotnisko na konkretną godzinę. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i na pewno jak zawitamy w Pescarze to też się tam zatrzymamy.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza di Pasqua in famiglia (io, mia moglie e i nostri due bambini di 2 e 8 anni). L’appartamento, appena ristrutturato, è accogliente, caldo e profuma di legno. Dotato di tutti i comfort, con cucina attrezzata e letti comodissimi, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il giardino è ampio e curato, perfetto per rilassarsi mentre i bambini giocano. Il cane di famiglia, educato e dolcissimo, ha fatto compagnia ai nostri figli per ore: si sono divertiti tantissimo a giocare a palla insieme! Una menzione speciale va a Stefano e Stefania, i proprietari: gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti, ci hanno accolti con calore e ospitalità. È raro trovare un posto così autentico, dove sentirsi davvero in famiglia. Una Pasqua indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca tranquillità, natura e un’accoglienza sincera.

Traumhaft schöne Lage in den Bergen, schöner Pool und gute funktionelle Einrichtung. Man muss sich nur im klaren sein, dass es ein sehr ruhiger Ort ist und man für Ausflüge oder Ähnliches min. 30 min bis 2 Stunden fahren muss was für uns aber völlig ok war. Angelo ist ein toller Gastgeber, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

We had a fantastic time,the cottage was beautiful,clean and had a great view. The cottage is beautifully restired, converted and tastefully decorated. Loredana was helpful, friendly and communicative. We didn't want to leave.

Très belle propriété située au calme, spacieuse pouvant accueillir un grand groupe d amis ou famille. Très propre et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Une voiture est nécessaire pour pouvoir se deplacer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Raffaella.

Ottima accoglienza, Marzia presente per ogni necessità. Sistemazione piacevole in un contesto rilassante. Piscina e zona solarium curati e ben tenuti.

Super schöne und ruhige Gegend. Lea und Ronald waren herzliche Gastgeber. Man hat sich direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück.

Angela e suo marito sono stati gentilissimi, la casa si trova a ridosso della spiaggia, piacevole anche fuori stagione

The house and its surroundings were even more beautiful than in the pictures and the view from the house was breathtaking. We spent a lot of time in the pool area which was so nice. The hosts were always available and responded quick if we had any questions. 10 out of 10 experience, would really recommend!

Nous avons passé 3 jours (trop courts) fabuleux chez Daniela et Pio. Daniela est une hotesse très chaleureuse et réactive. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine, et les jeux à disposition (baby-foot, trampoline, ping-pong). Les hôtes ont aussi accès au potager et à une fantastique cave à vins. Le logement est très agréable, il manque juste peut-être quelques ustensiles de cuisine. Le logement est très proche de Montalto et des commerces. La situation est idéale entre mer et montagne. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons sans réserve.

The most beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Michela and Massimo are the kindest and sweetest people. Our stay was perfect. The view, the apartment, the garden, .. everything was with made with so much love the and lovely details. We will come back.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft und alles war bestens! Besonders begeistert haben uns der Pool und der Garten. Das Haus war super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Mit Cristina lief die Kommunikation trotz Krankheit hervorragend. Ihr Sohn konnte uns gute Tips gegeben. Die Unterkunft kann wärmstens empfohlen werden. Mückenschutz am Abend ist empfehlenswert. In der Dämmerung kommen doch einige Stechmücken.

Great location in a beautiful resort area. Very nice, clean, comfortable apartment for a couple. We really liked that pets are allowed. There is a terrace with a view of the sea, which is always nice for spending evenings and watching the sun set. It is valuable that the apartment has air conditioning. The beach is within walking distance, and there are at least 3 shopping centers just a few minutes away from the apartment. If you want a clean, cozy apartment with comfortable beds, I highly recommend it. I would gladly visit again myself.

Ottima esperienza di soggiorno: una vera casa - spaziosa, pulita, ben arredata e provvista di ogni cosa necessaria - a pochi passi dalle spiagge (libere e attrezzate), a 10min a piedi dalla spiaggia autorizzata per i cani, comodissima al lungomare, al centro paese, alle strade di accesso. Dominga è una host gentilissima e disponibile. Raccomandiamo volentieri questo alloggio alle famiglie!

L'appartamento è una abitazione familiare, molto confortevole, a pochi passi dal mare ma in una una zona tranquilla e arieggiata. Ritorneremo sicuramente per goderci altri giorni di vacanza al mare, anche grazie a una sistemazione eccellente per qualità/prezzo.

Es ist wie ein Besuch zu Hause bei der Oma. Alles ist gut gepflegt und hat den Charme einer gemütlichen, kleinen Wohnung aus den 1960er Jahren mit entsprechender Ausstattung. Alessio ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat mich trotz erheblicher Verspätung meines Zuges vom Bahnhof abgeholt und mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Weil ich erst so spät ankam, konnte ich fürs Frühstück nicht mehr einkaufen gehen. Das war aber kein Problem, denn im Kühlschrank gab es Säfte und Joghurt. Außerdem auch Milch, kleine Kuchen und Kaffee und auf dem Tisch stand ein frischer Strauß Blumen. So fühlt man sich wirklich willkommen und die Wohnung ist kein steriles Hotelzimmer, sondern ein echtes Zuhause mit Seele. Gerne wieder!

Un piccolo gioiello sul mare! Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento a Villa Rosa e ne sono rimasta incantata. Piccolino, ma curato nei minimi dettagli, è davvero una bomboniera: elegante, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi come a casa. La vista fronte mare è semplicemente spettacolare, svegliarsi con quel panorama è impagabile. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Rossella, una persona deliziosa, gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente questo angolo di paradiso a chi cerca relax, bellezza e ospitalità autentica!
