We were in transit and for us this was a wonderful "Tiny house" in a beautiful and quiet environment. What was really wonderful was the swimming pool that we immediately used after a wonderful tour of Sicily. And what a welcoming reception. The host was waiting for us and in the house something delicious was ready for us. The host even wanted to help us bring the suitcases to the house. The host responds quickly to questions and is always willing to help and advise you. So for us, a TOP experience.

Roberta was a great host and this house is absolutely beautiful. Great communication in a studying setting. We stayed here to hike, Mount Etna, and it was a perfect location for this. We were somewhat confused by the listing as we thought it had two bedrooms, but this was easily sorted out. Thank you so much.

Don't hesitate to book this property! My son and I thought it looked so beautiful in photos but we were blown away by the beauty that met us when we arrived! Beautiful and lush garden, wonderful surroundings and the house itself was completely unique! A mixture of old and new, which is really an architect who has had a sense of detail when they renovated this room! The place was authentic and quiet. Maria was kind and good at communicating with us before we arrived. I had read many good reviews about her personality and was disappointed that she would not be there during our stay. But when we arrived and met Vittorio who was there instead of Maria, we were just happy he was the most helpful and sweet person! He did EVERYTHING to make us feel comfortable and offered to shop for us and went to the pharmacy when I got an infection. His kindness and charming personality were absolutely formidable! Fantastic service and pure Sicilian hospitality at its best! ❤️ THANK YOU !!🫶🏾

We had a wonderful stay at the appartement. We really enjoyed the beautiful balcony and the nature all around. We even got nice fresh fruits out of the garden!

We loved our stay at Katia’s and Ricardo’s. They were so welcoming and accommodating, just as many of the other reviews have said. We had thunder storms the first day, and as my son had a broken arm and couldn’t get his cast wet they kindly let us check in early which really helped us. The apartment itself is really clean, equipt with everything you need. The garden space is just beautiful, the views, the fruit trees, the pool and hot tub! We really appreciated that space and was great for the children. You do need a car to get around, but they have a gated drive so you could park safely. They is so much to do in the surrounding area. We spent most of our time in Taormina, it was our favourite place. We also went to mount etna which our kids loved. If you have any questions Katia is very helpful, and very quick to respond. I would highly recommend for families or couples

We had a great holiday in Borgo Papardo. We enjoyed the view of Etna which gave us two beautiful eruptions, the smell of lemon trees in bloom and the children spent a lot of time at the pool despite its freshness. Placido is very available for any info.

If you want a slice of peace and quiet on an authentic Sicilian vineyard with superb views of Mount Etna, this is the place for you. We received a very warm welcome by the owners and were treated to a complimentary bottle of wine and some delicious homemade lemon cake on arrival, which was a lovely touch. The small town of Viagrande is probably a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive to local shops and restaurants where you can buy anything you need for your stay. The accommodation is traditional and spacious with a well equipped kitchen, should you wish to cook for yourself. There is also a well equipped bbq. We ate breakfast outside on our veranda most days which was relaxing, and we also enjoyed drinks there at night. There is a shared above ground swimming pool for guests to take a refreshing dip, which is an added bonus. Michele and Maria were very helpful and responsive for anything we needed. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

This was such a lovely and relaxing place. The outside space with the patios was amazing. There’s plenty of space indoors with a well equipped kitchen and I loved that the bedrooms are downstairs so you don’t have to bring the luggage upstairs. It was an easy drive to visit Taormina and Sergio was nothing but helpful with tips of where to park and places to eat. We would definitely return!

Daniele's apartment is at the far end of the Naxos bay a ten minute walk from the hussle and bussle of the beaches and beach side restaurants/traffic. It sits between a couple of small, independent hotels but for us, in mid-June, was very quiet and peaceful, and with a beautiful setting overlooking well kept gardens and the sea. Not much else to add to the other positive reviews.....it's a great, well-appointed, private and quiet apartment and not a bad place from which to explore the Messina region if you have a car. We certainly recommend!

We were very pleased with our stay. Alessandro was very communicative, at check-in, in case of problems, when transferring our daughter to the airport. We enjoyed the small terrace very much, but it felt almost directly by the sea. We can only recommend the apartment. Volker and Iris

Adorable cottage with incredible views! It was perfect location for the three of us. Smack in the middle between Teormina and Catania with gorgeous Reposto in between. That is if you have a car. The accommodations are just as described and on the photos. Maybe a little more of a seating area in the living room would be fantastic since that is where the internet is the strongest. Otherwise the garden, the jacuzzi, the neighborhood - all are beyond enjoyable! We would love to come back. Oh, yes, if you are thinking about hiking Mount Etna - just ask Andrea! You would have the BEST experience possible!!!!

From the scent of Jasmine, as you enter the gate, it feels like a little Eden to come to Villa Mediterranea. Alessia and Adelio were there to greet us with smiles. Alessia plucked blood oranges, lemons, and clementines from the trees on the terrace to provide a refreshment at our arrival. This was such an amazing touch. But only the first of many during our stay. The views from the patio are just breathtaking. Perched high in a cliff top just north of Taormina center, we had a view out to the sea and to the misty mountains of the Italian mainland beyond. It is a magical place. Alessia, Adelfio, and Enza checked in with us often and provided great suggestions for things to do while we were there. The Villa is just a short 10 minute walk from the city center, but also feels a world away in its contained beauty and privacy. The pool is wonderful. It is a pleasure to lounge by it in the warm sun and then take refreshing dips to cool off. We loved this place and highly recommend it

Alessandra and her husband met us at check-in. We got in late 10:00 pm, they saved us from a very long journey with food! They are so accommodating and thoughtful 💕 The house is everything you could ask for. We utilized all 3 outside areas everyday. The front for breakfast and sunrise, the back for the grill, which we used alot, and the fabulous rooftop for dinner and cocktails. The private neighborhood is filled with gorgeous homes/villas. We drove everywhere from up north, to down south, even to Palermo, all about 2-2 1/2 hours from the house. Evenings are quiet, only the sounds of the 🌊 sea. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended, especially for families, beautiful view, very clean and comfortable.

We stayed there for a week, visiting all the nice nearby places, after which we could enjoy a nice afternoon of rest at this place. A great place to chill, enjoy the beautiful scenery and garden. The house itself was very beautiful, clean, had everything needed, and on top of that the host was very helpful and responsive. Thank you for the great time!

We had a fantastic stay! The flat was exactly as described – clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything was well organized, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. The location was great, and we felt right at home. Would absolutely recommend and would love to stay again. Thank you!

Veronica's apartment is very comfortable with a very nice garden and in addition there is a sea view in the distance, which was a nice surprise. The beds are comfortable. The only downside, but we can live with it, the kitchen was not very intuitive for us in terms of storage. We were 6, a dishwasher would have been a plus but we can live with it. We were missing a few dishes but Veronica was super responsive and she brought them to us right away. She is very accommodating and responsive by message. We had a very pleasant stay. We recommend this accommodation.

Despite very late arrival, Francesco was friendly and accommodating for us and offered us a basic supply for a nightly snack. We experienced it as friendly and helpful, and we were allowed to take each other from the oranges and lemons and always got other ripe fruits from him, so we could experience Sicily's culinary season. The apartment was sparkling clean and corresponded to the listing; the bathroom worked perfectly - the best in 12 Sicily holidays! So that we were not all alone, Francesco greeted us with four-legged friends, making us feel at home. The view from the two terraces is fantastic, we enjoyed the tranquility and miss the quiet glockenspiel of the two churches from the adjacent villages. It is quite possible to get to Plummo or Guardia Manga on foot (bakery, pasticceria, pizzeria, long-distance bus, train connection). We would love to come again! Thanks Francesco!

Incredible views. Incredible little village 5 minutes walk away, mountain and sea views. Completely magnificent, didn't get enough. Car a must but easy to find everywhere, recommend sunkisses beach club where it was easy to park the car. The village just above had everything you can wish for, sparse with restaurants but was good enough. There was also a small shop, with an emphasis on small. The host was very accommodating and easy to deal with. Very quiet and restful accommodation, which the soul felt good from. We were one day in Taormina but longed back to the tranquility of Forza di Agro.

My group of 6 had a wonderful stay! Antonino was a wonderful host, setting us up with early check in as we arrived from the airport, and was responsive to any questions we had about the house. The location is incredible (the photos don't do it justice-waking up to the volcano and/or the ocean waves, balconies off of every bedroom, steps from the sea, really gorgeous!) The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, cooking in, etc, and the neighborhood has great local spots for drinks, dinner, and small grocery shops. Two of the bedrooms have detachable twin sets that you can use together or separate, but I'd recommend reaching out in advance based on your group if you need them separated. We traveled to/from the train in Riposto for day trips which is very walkable along the coastline. If you're looking for a less touristy, more authentic neighborhood to stay in, this is definitely the spot.

We were traveling on the island and spontaneously decided to spend the night in a different place today. We were able to book the apartment spontaneously and the check-in was flexible. The hostess was also very friendly.
