The apartment with approx. 40 square meters and a separate entrance is modern and cozy and has a fully equipped kitchen. The center of Warthausen is about 1 km away, where you will also find a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery with coffee, a pizzeria and an iconic restaurant. The train station is also within easy walking distance. Free parking in the yard.

Stay comfortably near Biberach/Riß

The apartment is on the 1st floor of our single-family home, which is located on the outskirts and is very quiet.  In the spacious kitchen there is a table with 2 benches, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. The toilet is separate.  In the bedroom is 1 double bed (1.80 m) and enough space for a baby crib. In the living room is a cozy seating area and another French bed (1.40 m).

Our nice basement apartment is integrated into our residential building. It is located on the first floor on the right and has a separate entrance. The kitchen offers a spacious kitchenette with a dining area, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge, kettle and microwave The bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a relax sofa. The apartment is in a very good location. The market square is a 3-minute walk away.

Beautiful, bright apartment that is modern and cozy. With separate workstation, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and cozy living area. In the bedroom you will find a large double bed as well as a spacious wardrobe. Towels, duvet covers, washing machine, hair dryer, etc. are of course provided. You can park in the courtyard and after just a few meters through the quiet village you can enjoy the great outdoors.

Our place is in Ochsenhausen, close to Biberach an der Riss, Ulm and Memmingen. You'll love our place because of the cozy apartment in very friendly neighborhood. Particularly beautiful is the view from our balcony of the historic monastery complex and the shopping facilities within walking distance. The place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers/fitters, and families (with kids, too).
