House holiday rentals in Massa Lubrense

Maria's condo in Positano is exactly as described and pictured. Our group of 4 spent two nights and all said how much we would love to live there indefinitely. It's quite the hike down and back from the beach (but pretty much every Airbnb or hotel accommodation is). The only reason for 4 stars is that Maria was still cleaning the unit when we arrived at 3pm check in until 430-- for which she was incredibly apologetic. We were grateful the property is so well taken care of. Definitely don't forget to bring a swim cap down to the pool with you-- they won't let you get in the water without one! (Even if you have your hair up and don't plan to go under).

Monica’s place in Sorrento was a great location. Beautiful views from the piazza, great restaurants and shopping close by, beaches and marina were a short walk away. Monica’s partnership with the hotel was convenient for check-in. She handled our transportation reservation from the train station and to our next destination. If we were to come back to stay in Sorrento we would definitely have Monica’s place on the short list!

Extremely clean and beautiful apartment. Very responsive host. The view was spectacular and the patio was very large and spacious. It’s very good for younger people that like to do a lot of walking and hiking. It’s very difficult to get in town especially when you have only a couple of days to explore the city. I had my mom and aunt with me and I would have preferred a hotel by the center of town. We spent a lot of money for taxi . Other than that the place and the host are wonderful and match the description on the listing .

Adriana is een hele fijne host. We kregen een warm welkom en tips voor bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Het huis is een prima uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen, zoals Amalfi kust en Napels. Het is fijn om aan het einde van de middag even in het zwembad te plonzen wat op een paar stappen van het appartement ligt.

This place was perfection! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome and a tour of this incredible place. The pool and outdoor spaces plus the balcony with its incredible views were a huge hit! The family and their dog are so lovely and we couldn't say a single bad word about our stay here. Great location, big and spacious rooms, plenty of outdoor space and the pool was so good! If you are staying in or around Praiano then I wouldn't look anywhere else. It is even more stunning in real life. We can't wait to come back!

If you are looking for a post card view of Positano and the coastline, this is the place to stay. The property was beautiful and the pool was an added bonus. Air conditioning worked fine for us. Domenico was kind enough to help meet us and assist with our luggage. He even reserved a taxi for our Capri tour and recommend the La Strada restaurant. The food, service and close proximity were all great. One note to keep in mind is the number of steps to get to the property. It can be a bit of challenge for some. Otherwise, we had a memorable stay.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Paolas schönem Haus mit fantastischem Blick. Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Ein großes Plus sind auch die großen Schränke in jedem Schlafzimmer, die genügend Platz zum aufhängen bieten. Paola war schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar und antwortete auch immer sehr schnell auf Fragen. Auch Claudia und ihre Mutter, die sich um die Belange vor Ort kümmerten waren super nett und schnell zur Stelle. Als wir ankamen, wurden wir schon mit eine Erstausstattung fürs Essen begrüßt. Wir hatten eine super Zeit mit der ganzen Familie und unserem Hund Nelsson. Hier gibt es einen komplett eingezäunten Garten, sodass man sich überhaupt keine Sorgen um den Hund oder kleine Kinder machen muss. Hier konnten alle entspannt die Seele baumeln lassen. :) Wir können das Haus und die Gastgeberin wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Gegend sind. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt und die gute Organisation.

Es war ein perfekter Urlaub in einer perfekten Gegend mit einer perfekten Gastgeberin. Mariella hat vom Anfang an alles dafür getan das wir uns wohlfühlen. Ein wundervolles Haus mit einem fantastischen Blick auf capri und Ischia,der noch viel schöner war als auf den Bildern. Bei Problemen war Mariella immer sofort zur Stelle und hat sie mehr als zufriedenstellend gelöst. Das Highlight war ein selbstgebackener kuchen zu meinem 50.Geburtstag den sie uns gebracht hat. Es war eine tolle Woche und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Unternehmen kann man so viel,aber ein kleines Auto ist bei den Straßen extrem von Vorteil. Wir haben nur gute Erinnerungen und sollten wir noch einmal in diese Gegend fahren, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder da übernachten. Besonders schön waren auch die netten Begegnungen mit dem liebenswerten Antonino,der nebenan wohnt. Vielen Dank liebe Mariella für diese schöne Zeit Claudia&Rico

Ein Traum direkt am Strand! Die Unterkunft war einfach fantastisch! Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – direkt am Meer, mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Jeden Morgen mit Meeresrauschen aufzuwachen und den Tag mit dieser atemberaubenden Aussicht zu beginnen, war ein echtes Highlight. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders toll: die Außendusche – nach einem Strandtag eine erfrischende Abkühlung unter freiem Himmel, mit Blick aufs Wasser. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann diesen Ort absolut weiterempfehlen – ich komme definitiv wieder!

Francesco is a 5 star host that made our stay a memorable experience. We chose this property as we wanted a base to explore the peninsula and have space to relax after a busy day. The property is nestled in a lemon orchard above the small town of Massa Lubrensa. From the multiple terraces you get an amazing view of the ocean and surrounding countryside. We travelled with 4 adults and 4 children and the apartment was modern and very comfortable. Francesco was able to provide us with restaurant recommendations and help us book a ferry to the towns of Positano and Amalfi. For our trip we rented two medium sized cars which we were able to park at the property. I would recommend not renting a large van for this part of Italy as the roads are very narrow and parking is scarce. We enjoyed going for dinner in the local port that has 3/4 nice traditional restaurant and the kids were able to play freely. If you are looking for a unique local experience I would highly recommend this property.

Hôtes excellent ! Logement typique dans une petit coin au calme de la circulation et de la vie de la côte Amalfitaine. Le logement est idéalement situé pour rejoindre les principaux points d'intérêts du secteur. Logement très propre et très bien équipé. Une terrasse avec une magnifique vue et un espace jacuzzi en toute intimité. Nous avons été reçu par Luca le fils des Hôtes qui a été très serviable et amicale ! Rien à redire ! Tout est parfait !

If you love spectacular views you’ll love this place. Check in was great- Giulio was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and beautiful historic finishings. There are a lot of stairs to get to the front door but worth it for the sweeping views of Positano. Loved our stay.

We kwamen laat aan bij het huisje maar de host vond dit geen probleem en wachtte ons op bij de parkeerplaats op ongeveer 5 minuten lopen zodat hij de route naar het huisje kon vertellen en ons uitleg kon geven over de accommodatie. Wanneer hij vragen had stuurde hij een berichtje zodat hij op de hoogte bleef van onze reis. De host was zeer vriendelijk en eventuele vragen werden direct beantwoord. Alles was in het huisje aanwezig van beddengoed tot aan handdoeken, badlakens en kookgerei. Het huisje was brandschoon en heeft 2 balkons met prachtige uitzichten. Het ligt wat verder van het centrum maar zit er een supermarkt en bakkertje zitten op loopafstand. Dit maakt dat het huisje in een rustige omgeving zit met veel natuur en dat je veel privacy hebt. Het huisje is klein maar prima voor 2 personen! Fijne plek om vanuit hier de Amalfi kust te bezoeken.

Wow. Simply wow. The view of this place is fantastic. Very quiet, well located, clean and very comfortable. Luigi was a super host with recommendations and overall help. Having a car there is a life saver and gave us freedom. Therefore, the included parking spot was a big deal for us. The entire village area with the flowers, garden, and rustic architecture was a nice touch. Beds were excellent and the AC worked well for this time of the year. Extremely recommended.

Absolutely delighted with this beautiful home near the Sorrento area but outside the tourist madness! Stefano (Annamaria’s brother) looked after us, organised trips and advised on what to do in the local area. He was lovely and kind, we loved looking after Sophia the cat and watching the sunset from the hot tub. We also loved being able to have a shower in the utility room when using the tub. The garden smelled of jasmine, and we had some lemons for drinks. All the little touches made our stay feel like home from home; delicious homemade pasta sauces, snacks and breakfast items, coffee and tea, water, limoncello! this meant we didn’t have to stress about finding a shop for basics on a Sunday when they close early. It was so lovely and peaceful, and there are some amazing restaurants in the square, the farm tour is well worth doing, also there are lovely local restaurants that cook real Italian food and not as expensive as Sorrento. I am so sad to leave! :( Thanks Stefano!

Elvia’s place is amazing! From the moment you walk in and look out at the deck, it will take away your breath away. We loved the location! It is away from the crowds, plus swimming right below your deck, a lovely walking bath to Massa Lubrense Harbor with restaurants, our favorite Angelos, plus you can pick up a private boat or a group tour of Amalfi! Basically everything you need for your adventure in Amalfi! And one VERY important detail, Elvia has a beautiful beachfront home that welcomes you with everything you need to make your stay perfect. Thank you, Elvia! We hope to be back one day!

It was an absolute gem. Beautiful location, with a fantastic view just a few steps away from the apartment. Felt like a peaceful escape, and we didn’t want to leave. Thanks to the dreams shape team who arranged a boat trip to capri for us, recommended restaurants and were very helpful, when we needed information about the apartment. Keep in mind, There is a cleaning fee that you need to pay, which wasn’t included in the price. But all in all fantastic !

My friends and I had a great stay here! After a packed tour of different cities in Italy, it was the perfect spot to relax and bask in the sunshine. The view was beautiful! The place was clean and well-kept, Rachele and Franscesco were incredibly friendly. I will say that we found it hard to get to and from the place as there isn’t very much around, but we had no plans but reading and unwinding so this wasn’t an issue for us. Thank you!

FABULOUS and special villa, even more beautiful than in photos. Designed with attention to every detail, with artistic touches throughout. We enjoyed the location, higher up with incredible views and away from the more crowded tourist areas. Our experience in this area felt much more authentic to our experience of Positano years ago before tourism became so heavy. Yet accessible by bus, taxi and on foot via stairs from lower Positano. Market and fantastic restaurants nearby. Roberta was absolutely the best host we’ve ever had. Thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable and professional. She attended to every detail with amazing recommendations and arrangements, from the porter service for our luggage, resources in the neighborhood, last minute dinner reservations, taxi service, an incredible Pompeii tour with a private guide, and much, much more. It’s clear from conversations we had with Positano residents that Roberta is beloved in the community as well. HIGHLY recommend!!

Gennaro and his family were the best hosts, they were friendly and the apartment was beautiful. It was perfectly located right Infront of a bus stop, the parking at the apartment was excellent, the area is gated so it felt incredibly secure. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated with extra linens and towels provided. The apartment also provided great sea views and views of Capri. Although located on a working lemon grove there was no noise that we could hear, any people we came across while exploring the gardens were incredibly friendly. We would absolutely recommend this place and return ourselves if we were staying in Sorrento again. It's unfortunate we couldn't pick this place up and take it with us everywhere we go.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick über die Ebene mit dem Meer im Hintergrund insbesondere oben auf der großzügigen Terrasse. Wir haben uns auch sehr über die Anwesenheit der zwei niedlichen Schafe gefreut, die uns ab und zu mit großen Augen angesehen haben, als wir am Morgen vor dem Haus gefrühstückt haben. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut und man erreicht alle schönen Attraktionen der Amalfiküste entweder mit dem Auto oder aber auch mit dem Bus. Valeria und Fabio waren sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die stets hilfsbereit waren. Wir werden den Aufenthalt in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

As pictured - magical setting with the most wonderful hosts. We traveled with my parents and two young kids- from accommodating our check in time to gifting our little children the most adorable home made teddy bears- Yolanda and Martino are gracious individuals and we are greatful to have met them. Beautiful views from the bedrooms and terrace. Georgeous gardens. Great storage . Wonderful retreat after busy days. You need a car. Two restaurants within a half mile (but not ideal to walk) that we enjoyed - la panoramica and Ortiga restaurant and wine bar. Two totally different experiences - wonderful owners at each. Grocery less than 5 minutes away.
