Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mastrinka

Amazing stay! The apartment was easy to find and we checked in no problem despite arriving fairly late at night. The location was excellent; the main town was only a 5 minute walk away and there were some excellent restaurants and take aways at this side of town. The roof terrace was such a novel and lovely addition too; we spent most of our time in the apartment up there either enjoying a drink before/after food out and had breakfast up there every morning. Would love to stay here again if we come back to Split in the future.

A large, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment - perfect for 2 couples - in a leafy neighbourhood just outside the Old Town within easy walking distance to harbour and attractions. Ljiljana was very responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, a short walk or €5 uber to old town. The apartment was so clean and well facilitated, and the beautiful view from the terrace was a highlight. Davorka was so friendly and helpful, and responded quickly to any of our questions. She had kindly welcomed us with some essentials like milk, coffee etc and we were really grateful for this! Overall a great place to stay and we would recommend to anyone visiting Split.

Daniel’s apartment is spotlessly clean and appointed with every conceivable amenity one could think of needing while staying there. We had Daniel pick us up at the airport, and immediately felt “at home” after our long journey from San Francisco to Spit. Upon reaching the apartment, we were welcomed by an incredible charcuterie platter prepared by Daniel’s mother that included the best prosciutto we’ve ever had! The apartment is thoughtfully designed and stocked with everything from milk and juice in the refrigerator, to lotions, sunscreen and shaving cream in the bathroom. Without question, the standout quality of our stay was Daniel. His recommendations for places to go, restaurants, etc were superb. We hired him one evening to take us to a hilltop winery overlooking Split, and we got to meet his girlfriend, too. At the end of our stay, we felt like we had a new friend in Split, and even invited Daniel and Mila to visit us in San Francisco!

The rental was amazing, super clean and exactly as shown/as described. Beautiful, clean pool, beach towels, paddle board, outdoor shower, hot tub - immaculately maintained outdoor areas. Cold AC throughout apartment and comfortable, stylish furnishings. All necessary kitchen utensils, towels, comfortable bedding provided. Josip and his family took excellent care of us and made delicious breakfasts daily. They even washed our clothes! Josip recommended a private boat tour and a cave restaurant, and was able to reserve the best table for us. TIPS: On the boat tour, ensure you take cash for the tour and for lunch! Ensure you have water shoes, as the beaches are rocky. The beach outside the apartment was fine gravel and comfortable to lay on. Taxi boats pick up right outside the gate and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Overall Josip was an amazing host, the property was wonderful and I CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN! Mia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert und wir durften sogar vor der Zeit in die Wohnung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Die Wohnung selbst sehr schön gestaltet. Ein Vorteil, der gerade in den Sommermonaten wichtig ist: Die Wohnung ist angenehm kühl, da es sich um einen altes Steinhaus handelt. Uns hat es Anfang Juni super gefallen.

The place was a perfect paradise for the 10 of us. Children (3) 7-10 years old, parents and grandparents, everyone enjoyed themselves. The pictures of the place correspond to reality and it is simply so lovely and clean. Ana really takes care of her guests, there is no better host than Ana and her husband. We can warmly recommend this place.

We had a nice stay in the apartment. Great location- easy walk to Marjan park, ferry/train/bus stations, Old town, grocery stores, restaurants. Clean and well equipped, quiet at night. Nice to have an outdoor space. Recommend as a great place to stay.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

Die Unterkunft war einfach der Hammer. Sah auf den Bildern schon super aus aber in persona sogar noch viel besser. Der Strand +Strandbar und kleines Restaurant quasi direkt vor der Tür (2min zu Fuß). Super sauber alles. Außerdem wurde der großartige Pool alles 3 Tage von den Vermietern kurz gereinigt. Helena hat auch noch lokale Restaurants und Supermärkte empfohlen was sehr geholfen hat. Der Flughafen ist auch in Laufnähe (10min) aber man hört trotzdem kaum etwas von den Flugzeugen. Grundsätzlich hat man auch seine Ruhe und wird von niemandem gestört. Ich kann diese Unterkunft, sowie Helena als Gastgeberin, total empfehlen und würde selber auch immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Hoher Wohlfühlfaktor, von erster Minute an kommt man schnell vom Alltagsstress runter. Der Pool ist super und grösser als erwartet. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg, in der Nähe sind nur wenige Nachbarn, trotzdem hat man seine Privatsphäre und es ist unglaublich ruhig! Die Schlafbereiche sind nur über eine Aussentreppe zu erreichen, sind neu eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes modernes Badezimmer. Der Ort an sich ist klein, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Strände sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der Berg ist gut zu bewältigen(selbst mit einem Kinderwagen), wenn man eh nichts macht und sich kaum bewegt, war es eine gute Abwechslung ;) Die Bucht ist wunderschön und die Strände sehr ruhig (Ende August), genau richtig, wenn man die Natur und die Ruhe geniessen möchte. Es gibt Restaurants und den Supermarkt, einen Obststand, Bäcker. Die Eisdiele direkt am Strand empfehlenswert. klare Empfehlung von uns!!! Super Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümern, weiter so!

We had the most wonderful week at Tina’s house. The house, pool and all outside spaces were well kept and everywhere was very clean. The house had all the facilities you needed for a very relaxing and easy holiday and the air-con was fantastic given the hot weather. We found the location excellent with several restaurants and a yummy ice cream place all within easy walking distance. Tina was very helpful and responsive to any messages and we’d love to be back next year!

We had a wonderful stay here- loved the village and the local restaurants recommended- Marina is very kind and we were able to do our laundry and have a home while in Croatia- it’s a great central location for activities and sightseeing ❤️🇭🇷 we will be back

Lovely place - stayed here with 6 friends for 1 week, the villa was clean and in great condition. Great amenities and location too, only a short walk into the city centre. The managers and owners were very helpful and responded quickly to our requests.

A perfect Airbnb, looked exactly like the pictures apart from the stunning balcony which was even better in person for enjoying dinner outside with a wonderful view. The host always responded quickly and had lots of helpful recommendations which we took full advantage of. The location was also ideal and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted within 5-20 minutes. The apartment kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for cooking dinner, we would love to visit again!

We loved our stay in Split at Bojan’s beautiful apartment! The place had everything we needed for our family of 4. Location was great for walking to town or to the local beach. Bojan and Inga were super helpful and responsive to any questions we had during and before our stay. They sent us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We would definitely come back to Split and their apartment!

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen getroffen wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber und man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das gegenüberliegende Ufer und das Meet war jeden Morgen beim Frühstücken ein Highlight. Das Meer ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und auch die Fähre nach Split ist in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Restaurants und Strände. Niki hat uns einige Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem war er für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns sofort weitergeholfen, wenn benötigt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

J’ai passé 3 nuits chez Tania et je recommande le logement. Il est assez facile de se garer gratuitement dans la rue, le logement est très propre et bien décoré, on se croirait à l’hôtel. Le nécessaire était fourni, Tania a su répondre rapidement à mes questions et me donner de bons conseils. Le logement est très bien situé, à 10min du centre, il y a une petite plage à 8min aussi c’est top. Peut être un peu de bruit à signaler mais ça, ce n’est pas de sa faute. Merci pour l’accueil je recommanderais à tous!! Vous avez très bon goût déco !

The perfect little place by the beach for your stay in Split! Comfortable beds, a washer and dryer, and a functional kitchen. Everything was as described! We would recommend!

Solo traveller review: I had the pleasure of staying a month, off season (Jan) and couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. The location is perfect, you’re in the historical centre but it’s on the outskirts where people still live year round rather than rent out. (Whilst on an independent tour of the city I was recommended to go to this neighbourhood for proper food). I was greeted warmly, made to feel very much at home and the apartment’s got plenty of privacy. The most noise you’ll come across will be the ringing of church bells. The pictures are accurate, it’s a 2nd floor apartment with it’s own entrance, there’s a table and chairs for morning coffees right outside the door but I was also given free use of the lower garden and the bbq. Although this is a solo trip review I would say the apartment would work comfortably for 3 people or a family for a proper holiday rather than just a weekend. This was my favourite stay in my 3 months of travel Ita-Slo-Pol-Cro.
