Fabulously updated 1970 a-frame on the beach with many modern and luxury touches throughout. The lowest level is equipped with a queen size bed room, a sitting area (futon converts to a bed as well) with TV and a bathroom. The main level has a queen bedroom, bathroom, very comfortable living area with dining table to seat eight, the modern kitchen equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay! The upstairs loft has two queen beds and a twin day bed. Outside, the ocean awaits!

A single-story house is presented with a light exterior and a sloped roof. The front porch is accessible by three steps, and large windows allow ample natural light to fill the interior. Lush green grass and a few flower bushes enhance the front yard.

Nicely furnished 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom house tucked away in the dunes on Surfside Vilano Beach . 3 miles from downtown St Augustine, a half mile from Publix .The deck wraps around half the house, pretty fantastic ocean views, sunrise and river side sunsets. Each bedroom has a smart tv with Internet and a very comfortable Queen or King size bed. TPC Sawgrass is a 20 minute drive north , Daytona International Speedway 70 minutes south , 2 hours to Orlando and Busch Gardens.
