Welcome, here have an inexpensive accommodation with a private entrance, bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Are you interested in trotting? You live right next to Bergsåker's trotting track. There is a bus stop about 100 meters from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside my university on the way. If you have a car, you can park for free in the parking lot that belongs to the house. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are included in the rent.

Welcome to Timrådalens Sköna Hörna, a charming villa from the 50s that is completely renovated, both inside and outside. Everything is new: ceiling, electrical wiring, water pipes, heating elements, kitchen, bathroom, geothermal heating and floors. The house offers bright and fresh surfaces that create a pleasant atmosphere. Located in a quiet residential area with proximity to everything you need. Relax in this quiet home directly by the river Ljungan with its own jetty. Lake view from all rooms. High standard, newly renovated inside. The main building is about 65m2 with open floor plan for kitchen and living areas. One bedroom with double bed and small hallway into incineration toilet/shower room. In the living room there is also a sofa bed 140 cm wide. Extra guest house ( built in 2016 ) is 15m2 with double bed/divider bar. Large solar balconies for those of you who want to sunbathe . Or fishing (fishing license required)

Private and nice Swedish cabin – modern and close to nature

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Som ligger nära naturen men även centralt i Söråker. Det är en helt nybyggd stuga med hög standard. Ett sovrum med 180cm skön dubbelsäng och ett rum med en 120cm skön enkelsäng. Vi har en fin bäddsoffa som blir 140cm bred där man kan sova två också. Wifi finns och ett fint badrum med dusch och både tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns en mysig tomt som ni har helt för er själva. Med en eldstad, utemöbler, gunga och en kolgrill.

The farmhouse

Welcome to Bergsåker, which is 10 minutes by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road to the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely renovated courtyard house with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent. Free parking in the yard.

This beautifully situated farm is located right next to Hassela Lake and 1.5 km from Hassela Ski Resort. Those of you who wish to rent will also have access to our own sandy beach, sauna, rowboat with simple fishing equipment and kayak. A beautifully located farm next to Hasselasjön only 1,5 km from Hassela Ski Resort. With acces to private beach, wood heated sauna, rowing boat and kayak.

Apartment + bedroom cottage

Here you have your own apartment, in part of our house, suited for up to 4 people. An extra bedroom in a cottage a few meters outside can be used during summer. You have 4 km into the town square. Busstop 100meters away from the apartment taking you strait there passing the university on the way. Close to the apartment you have a pizzaplace, hairsalone, foodstore and the horsetracks.

Within a few km there is the sea, Bergafjärdens beach and camping, good climbing, golf course and fishing or swimming in Ljungan. The Njurunda urban area with shops and communication (bus, train) is two km away. 20 minutes by car to Sundsvall.
