We had an amazing stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with great cafes nearby for breakfast. It was also next to a ton of green spaces in case you’re a jogger like me. The apartment was squeaky clean and the bed was very comfortable. AC/heating was super easy to use and the kitchen has everyone one would need. The host was very responsive and let us check in early, which was very kind. Thank you so much, we would absolutely stay again 🙃😁

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

Amazing property! The location was fantastic with a great view towards the estate’s green and pond. The flat was spacious, tastefuly decorated and absolutely pristine. The bedrooms were also very spacious and the beds super comfortable. Only small issue was that the wifi was not available so we had to use our data to watch via the smart tv. Bahiana was lovely when we contacted her and explained there was an issue with the network provider and she requested service, so really not her fault at all. We still enjoyed our night there and would definitely come back. Thank you!

He went out of his way to offer helpful advice, made us feel completely at home, and was always available whenever we needed anything. This loft apartment is beautiful and just as pictured. Very clean, super comfortable, nice bathroom ammenities, linens were soft and smelled great. We slept very well while here. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need for cooking and appeared to be brand new.The host and management company does a great job communicating and responding to any needs. If you are in Buenos Aires and just want to relax, this is the place to be. Also we found it to be absolutely safe to walk around during the day or night. Seems to be just on the outskirts, so we did not find much to do around us and not many restaurants open on the weekend we were here. The locals we met and were in contact with were very nice and helpful even though our Spanish is minimal. Thank you for a delightful 3 night stay!

The apartment is even more beautiful in person, very well located, in the Palermo Soho neighborhood where you can find the best restaurants and cafes and walk quietly at night (even for a solo traveler like me). In addition to having a super-equipped kitchen to prepare your food on a day you don't feel like going out or even making your own breakfast on a cold and rainy morning. Azul and Nico are excellent hosts, they were super attentive with my late check-in and helped me with an extra cleaning, as I had a lot of days of accommodation. I highly recommend it for those who are going to visit Buenos Aires, you will be in the best region of the city. A big hug.

Beautiful studio in Palermo with an unbeatable view. Perfect for a few days in the city. Great restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Close to the bus tour stop if you are touristing. Angie was responsive and super accommodating.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay!!! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures — very clean, well cared for and with a wonderful view that made all the difference in the experience. The house is super-equipped, with all the utensils and amenities I needed during the trip. You can see that everything was thought out with affection for the comfort of the guests. I would definitely return and recommend to those looking for a cozy, functional place with a breathtaking view! Super warm! The only point but that didn't get in the way is that the shower is low and my husband was tall, but it was nothing that got in the way.

This place was so clean and absolutely gorgeous! It was perfect for our stay. I felt extremely safe at this location. Great neighborhood and they have a security guard at the front door 24 hours. Our host met us there and walked us thru the place and where to find everything. The place was also quiet and you couldn’t hear the traffic down the below. The view was incredible as well. We had a memorable stay and would stay here again. Thank you so much!

Fabulous stay in Palermo. Walkable to bars and restaurants, and easy to get a cab to other areas of BA. The windows of the apartment are floor to ceiling and let in so much light. The terrace is great, just be careful as the railing is a little lower than standard!! Can not recommend this Airbnb enough! There is a washer and dryer on site, you just need to get a key from security and token are store down the street-easy enough to do just a little extra run around.

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

Aníbal was extremely kind, the apartment was very well decorated and spacious, quiet because it was in the back, friends of mine rented apartments in the front and complained about noises but ours was very quiet. The location was great. Would recommend.

Great place to be! Felt a the streets a little to empty at the begining, but then realized that we were very close to San Telmo and Porto Madero, great location, quiet windows and modern apartment.

He explained everything and gave several indications about restaurants, places and observations of what could be dangerous in some places after a certain time. The building is located a few blocks from Corrientes Street and 9 de Julio Avenue. The highlight of this apartment is the breathtaking view of all of Buenos Aires from the 18th floor. It allows you to appreciate the sunrise and sunset. The entrance staff are respectful. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. The kitchen, bathroom, hot water, heating, and TV worked perfectly. I highly recommend staying in this apartment. I'd come back.
