A model home of a construction company that builds wooden houses in Kiso, Shinshu.Located at the entrance to the vacation home area of the Kiso-Komagahara Highlands, it offers a sense of openness as it blends into the natural surroundings. A boundless sea of stars.A summer resort at an altitude of approximately 900 meters. Experience the warmth and aroma of wood, with Kiso cypress pillars, Kiso cypress flooring, and Kiso larch beams. In winter, we use a wood-burning stove and solar thermal energy for heating. How about reading in a hammock? On the premises, there is an office for the construction company and a restaurant operated by the construction company, where you can also have lunch. There is also a desk workspace, so you can use it for business trips, remote work, etc.Please work in a setting surrounded by nature. This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
