We had a really nice time at Old Mulberry House! The house was very clean and tidy and the pool was perfect in warm weather. The location was great for our stay. Slightly quieter and secluded, but all places and shopping were quick to reach. Tomi was very friendly, always responded quickly to our questions and recommended us some nice restaurants and places. We would book the house again at any time and highly recommend it!

We had an incredible stay at this house in Flengi! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Daniel is truly a superhost—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the region!

We were received in person at the property after a short notice. We got a short tour and received important information. The place is quietly located, which was very accommodating to us. Restaurants, shopping, etc. can be easily reached by car. We received good tips from the hosts. Highlights include the outdoor kitchen with grill and cooking facilities, which can be used very well for warm summer evenings. We will be happy to come back.

A beautiful villa in a quiet hamlet, 2km from an ancient village with 2 bars, a supermarket , a pharmacy and a great pizza restaurant, with easy access by road to Porec, about 25 minutes away. Very well equiped villa with a spacious open plan kitchen/dining room and lounge. Large tv with standard european satellite channels and streaming. Lovely terrace for dining and relaxing. Super swimming pool. Secure parking. Danira welcomed us to the villa together with her daughter Sara and showed us round , explaining all the facilities clearly. They responded very quickly and clearly to messages. The perfect accommodation for a very relaxing holiday, we would be very happy to return.

We stayed at Villa Frantoio in early August and had a wonderful holiday. The villa is in a fabulous, quiet location on the side of a hill, with views over the valley to the hilltop village of Motovun - you really never get tired of the view! The house itself is built and fitted out to an exceptionally high standard, with three good sized double bedrooms, all of which are en suite. All of the furnishings and appliances are of high quality and the hosts, Ksenija and Elvis, seem to have thought of everything - they were also very quick to respond to any query. The village of Livade, which has three restaurants and a corner shop, is a short drive down the hill. This is an exceptional villa in a glorious location, with no immediate neighbours. The photos on AirBnB reflect the reality - you won’t be disappointed.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Beautiful apartment with great big windows and small sweet garden. Stefanie and her parents were very nice and gave us fresh eggs and always responded quickly to questions. got great recommendations for restaurants and beaches.

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed for an Airbnb. Maja and her brother Ivan were very helpful over text and getting us anything we needed throughout the stay. The road to get to the house is a bit in the middle of nowhere, but when you arrive, you’ll be STUNNED at how precious this spot is. It’s about 25 minutes to all the major Istrian town- Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, (we decided to go a little further to Rijeka to see the epic castle one day. Worth the 1.5hr drive). If you don’t have a car, it could be harder to get around since it’s a bit remote. But there is a small train station right outside the neighborhood that takes you to the bigger towns. We called this place our home away from home. So cute and cozy and the bed was very comfy. I hope you enjoy this place as much as we did!
