Only 3 minutes from the train station, 2 minutes from Place d'Armes and its many bars, restaurants and the shopping center. The apartment is comfortable and well-kept in a fairly quiet area; you will appreciate its cozy atmosphere! Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.
