Holiday rentals with beach access in Maucini

Casabedda ist ein Traum. Perfekt ausgestattet, direkt am Wasser, zum Strand von Marina die Ragusa läuft man 25 min immer am Wasser entlang und durch den sehr hübschen Yachthafen. Ein Auto kann man direkt vor der Unterkunft parken,das braucht man auch zum Einkaufen und um noch andere Orte zu besuchen, z. B. Ragusa Altstadt (ca. 30min) oder Syracusa (ca. 90 min). Bis nach Catania braucht man auch mindestens. 90 min. Gianni ist der perfekte Gastgeber, immer gut erreichbar, spricht sehr gut Englisch und kümmert sich sehr um seine Gäste ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Seine Unterkunft ist der ideale Ort um mal für ein paar Tage die Seele baumeln zu lassen und Zeit am Meer zu verbringen.

The place looked even better than the photos. It was spacious and spotless. Laura and Silvio were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Very walkable area. Silvio met us at check in and gave very clear instructions to find nearby parking (covered lot with hourly rate; €15/24° max). Would stay there again. Thanks Laura and Silvio!

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

We had an enjoyable stay in this roomy apartment. Communication with Emily was immediate, directions were clear and easy to follow, list of places to shop and eat was useful. Was given recommendation and contact for garage to park car, 20 euro per night.

Francescos Wohnung ist großzügig, sehr hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Du kannst vom Balkon aus den Leuchtturm und das Meer sehen. Der Self Check-In funktioniert wunderbar problemlos. Francesco ist ein guter Gastgeber und hat immer superschnell und unkompliziert kommuniziert. Er gibt Tipps für Besichtigungen (Danke, das Castello habe ich mir am Sonntag angeschaut!) und hilft bei allen Fragen. Das WiFi ist stabil und eignet sich auch gut für Videocalls, falls nötig. Ich würde in jedem Fall wiederkommen und kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

If there were 10 star ratings I would give this place a 10+star. First of all Salvatore’s communication was 11/10. His place is in the Historical district where all the action is and is very walkable to the marina. His place is pristine and this would be the only place I would stay if I were to go back again. He arranged for parking for me, always asked how things were going and he had items sometimes like you take for granted such as extra towels, had water for us. Once again, he gave clear cut instructions on how to get there and we absolutely loved his place. Thank you so much for your hospitality as we greatly appreciated it. Make sure you look no more and this is the place to stay at.

El departamento es tal cual se lo describe , tuvimos un par de problemas Stefania y su marido se ocuparon muy rápido en resolverlo , hay lugar para estacionar no es un dato menor en Italia , la zona súper tranquilo , para mi gusto un poco lejos de las atracciones

The best accommodation of our trip. Excellent location, walkable to everything. Apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything you would need and more. Lots of extras that others don’t provide. Maria was a very good host who helped us with restaurants, time tables even carrying our bags up the stairs. Overall I was very impressed.

Good location within walking distance to sites, shops and restaurants! Clean and modern. Nice view of marina from upstairs bedroom!! Marcello provided a great list of places to go to and see! Convenient parking nearby if you need it. When the construction out front ends, the walkway will be a welcome edition. Euros requested for the tourist tax so remember to have exact change.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich toll und hat einen einmaligen Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Wenche ist eine super sympathische Gastgeberin, die sich um alles kümmert.

A fantastic apartment for a family. Extremely quiet and amazing location, steps from the sea. Rooftop deck has views of both the sunrise and sunset! Very clean, comfy beds, and modern. We would definitely stay here again. The host helped us with everything, and provided wonderful restaurant recommendations.

I highly recommend Carmelo's place. It is in an excellent location, has a comfortable space, and is steps from the water. The area is quieter at the end of the street, yet still close to everything. I would stay there again.

We loved our stay, the apartment is beautifully decorated and has stunning views and private access to a popular beach - we’d highly recommend it. Definitely would suggest having a car to make the most of visiting Noto and surrounding towns and beaches.

Posizione veramente comoda, puoi dimenticarti la macchina e vivere il paese con le sue spiagge, se per pochi giorni, o se hai più tempo, dai tre giorni in su, per visitare la zona. A pochi chilometri trovi ogni ben di dio. Spiagge, natura, città e ovviamente mangiare tutto vicino o vicinissimo. L'alloggio è comodo e ha tutto quello che serve. Per due adulti, massimo tre. Bisogna abituarsi alla scala a chiocciola, che unisce i tre livelli. Uno spettacolo le albe dalla finestra della stanza da letto! Agostina, molto disponibile e veloce nel rispondere. Sempre pronta a consigli e aiuto. Ci ritorneremo. (Noi eravamo in due, per 8 giorni).

What a fantastic bnb in a great location Super sunny & bright. Spacious. Lovely view over the beach & water. Very comfortable. Solid A/C. & 1k to one of the best restaurants ever, Manna! Don’t miss this amazing dinner spot! Good deli & fruit stand near the other end of pier. Livia very helpful & responsive host. I’d come here again for sure!

We stayed at Elisa’s place for 3 days and were really happy there. The house is close to the sea (approx. 2 minutes down the road) and you can hear the waves at night. The interior was nicely designed, the kitchen well equipped. The direct neighbors were often gone during the day, so it wasn’t too loud. One must be aware that the walls are very thin, so you will probably hear the neighbors. If we ever come back to Sicily we would definitely stay with Elisa again - thank you very much.

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Tolle Lage, die Decken war hoch und die Zimmer geräumig. Dass, das Bad recht klein ist, hat uns nicht gestört. Am Wochenende war es teilweise recht laut. Da es ein Eckhaus ist, kommt recht viel Lärm von außen an. Ansonsten konnten wir aber sehr gut schlafen. Wir haben ein babybett & babystuhl bereitgestellt bekommen und der Kontakt mit Aurora war auch zuverlässig und schnell. Wir haben einen Sonnenschirm in der Unterkunft gelassen und hoffen, dass er auch von anderen Gästen genutzt werden kann.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans le logement de Robin. Dès les premiers échanges, sa communication a été fluide, réactive et bienveillante, ce qui nous a mis en confiance. Le logement, quant à lui, était impeccable, confortable et situé dans un quartier paisible, idéal pour se détendre. Chaque détail semblait pensé pour assurer notre bien-être. Robin a été un hôte exemplaire, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous fournir des recommandations locales précieuses. Nous sommes ravis de ces trois jours passés Syracuse chez Fabio. Le logement est extrêmement bien placé juste à côté d’Ortigia. nous avons facilement trouvé à nous garer. Le logement est bien équipé et très calme. Fabio toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, Je recommande.

My partner and I stayed at Cristina’s place for 3 nights in the first part of our Sicily holiday. The apartment was peaceful, clean and quiet with everything you need. The courtyard area was great for some fresh air and eating breakfast. Pleasantly surprised at how much bigger the space was in person- plenty of room. The walk to Ortigia was around 10 minutes and was fine to do if you do not have any mobility issues. The apartment is in a residential area so short walk to some local shops/bakeries. Cristina is a wonderful host who replied very quickly and readily provided information. Thank you again Cristina :)

We enjoyed our stay at Alessio’s apartment. It’s newly renovated and has everything you need. There’s free parking in front and Alessio is nearby, always ready to help. We highly recommend staying at his place.

If we could give Manuela's place more than 5 ✨, we most definitely would. The location is amazing: on a beautiful street with lots of plants, and set between Via Giudecca, Via Maestranza, and Via Roma, you are less than a 10 min walk from so many places and sights you will likely explore in Ortigia like the Piazza Duomo, Piazza Pancali, the daily market, the waterfront and more. The home is pretty and tastefully decorated. The rooftop terrace is incredible for spending an early morning or a late evening. Manuela is an amazing host: proactive with communication, responsive. Her recommendations were great - we went with most of them and were super happy. If we visit this beautiful city again (which I think we will) this is the first place I'd look to book.
