Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Located in a cul-de-sac, our 80 m² cottage is a place conducive to rest and relaxation. You will be 2 minutes from the shops (bakery and grocery store, pharmacy...) and 300 meters from a bus stop to Angers but also 10 minutes from the banks of the Loire (canoe-kayak rental, Loire by bike), 15 minutes from Angers and 18 minutes from Terra Botanica by car. Hiking trails in the countryside and forest are accessible from the cottage.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Welcome to the 42 m2 "Côté jardin" apartment. There is an industrial-style decor with open kitchen. The bedroom is in a "Jungle" style with a 160 cm bed. This beautiful apartment is a 5-minute walk from the center of Ancenis and the banks of the Loire. Free parking is in front of the small building. Great place to put your bags down for an internship or training. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels).
