We offer you a charming T3 apartment, located on the ground floor of the villa. You will enjoy the pool and the absolute tranquility of the landscaped garden. Ideally located 15 minutes from downtown Montpellier and 10 minutes from the beaches, accessible by bike via cycling paths or by car, it is situated in the typical and lively village of Pérols, especially vibrant during the high summer season. It is close to all shops, markets, and the tramway.

The Mas de l'Arboras

Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.

The accommodation is located at the home of the host and is completely independent, with access to the outdoor garden and parking for your vehicle in front of the apartment in the fenced area - it is located in the village center with all shops nearby - about 10 minutes' drive from Montpellier - airport - exhibition center and Arena room and 15 minutes from Carnon - Palavas and La Grande-Motte. The apartment is air-conditioned we only speak French.
