Upstairs the sleeping areas, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and dressing area as well as a sleeping area with 2 90cm bunk beds. Terrace with garden furniture and shaded park nearby, parking. Away from a small village in Bas Armagnac, quiet, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Independent studio located next to our house, fully equipped: TV and DVD player but no DTT, Wi-Fi, a mezzanine with a large 160 bed and a folding sofa, kitchenette, bathroom, parking. 15 minutes from the Nogaro circuit, Barbotan-les-Thermes and its casino, Eauze and 35 minutes from Mont-de-Marsan.
