Petit appartement au Mont-Dore, parfait pour deux. Cet appart de 28m² au Mont-Dore est vraiment agréable pour un couple. Simple, confortable, et bien situé pour profiter de la montagne. Vous venez skier en hiver ? Randonner le reste de l'année ? Ou juste souffler un peu ? L'appartement est bien équipé et vous serez tranquilles. Après une journée dehors, c'est appréciable de rentrer au chaud. Bref, un bon petit pied-à-terre pour découvrir le coin sans se prendre la tête.

Apartment located in the village of Saint Martin Valmeroux, a pretty village 10 minutes from Salers in the Maronne valley. Close to the mountains of the Cantal volcano for outdoor activities ( hiking, snowshoeing, fishing,mountain biking, canyoning...) with shops nearby ( bakery, tobacco press, grocery, medical office, gas station). 2-star cottage renovated in 2018 in the home of the owners who will be delighted to welcome you and help you have a pleasant stay.

The Mauriac cocoon

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our 23 m2 studio is located in the city center of Mauriac on a quiet street with little traffic. The accommodation has a sofa bed with a 140 x 190 cm mattress and a large shower. Nearby you can find all the necessary amenities. The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from a bakery and the square where a farmers' market is held on Saturday mornings. Two supermarkets are a 10-minute drive from the property.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Mon logement est proche du centre-ville (tous commerces, restaurants, cinéma...), plage à 2 km. Convient aux couples, voyageurs en solo ou voyageurs d'affaires. Le quartier est calme. Terrain clos, terrasse aménagée pour les repas en extérieur, nous habitons au dessus du logement mais faisons preuve de la plus grande discrétion possible. Come and discover the Prince's nest! Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette). The studette

Detached 15 m2 studio (Height: 2.15 m), on the ground floor of our house. Located between town and countryside, it consists of a bathroom, a kitchenette and a 140 cm bed. A small table is available outside. Parking in the yard of the house or on the street. No pets or parties please. Please note: our living rooms are located just above the studio. So you can hear noise during your stay!
