Building facing the thermal baths, in the only listed building in Mont Dore that has largely contributed to the development of the city. This studio is the only one in this state with this level of services. In the past, the Queen of Romania came to stay. In 2018, France 3 TV even made a film about it. Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.
