This independent studio is part of our main residence, and we are delighted to make it available to you. Guests can enjoy the quiet of the studio's private terrace, pool, and barbecue. The accommodation is 2 kilometers from the city center of Mont de Marsan and 5 minutes from the main roads for your excursions (Beach 1 hour 10 minutes/Spain 1 hour 30 minutes). Secure parking on site. Baby bed.

In an idyllic setting surrounded by space, on a plateau with a dominant view, the cottage welcomes you for a quiet stay. The house is set on a natural setting that you can enjoy in complete freedom, close to a forest path; you may come across deer and rabbits… Nathalie will be happy to introduce you to Landes gastronomy (homemade meal option possible/book in advance).

This studio is located in the countryside but close to Mont-de-Marsan and the airbase (9 km), bike path 30 m away, bar/tobacco/grocery store 300 m away. It is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers.
