Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

This house, which is being restored with love and care, combines the charm of the old (exposed stone, old floor tiles, beams...) and modern comfort. Apart from the antique furniture, everything is new, from the bedding to the household equipment to the wood stove... 2 hours from Paris, ideally located in the heart of the Perche Regional Park, it is located in the village of Pin-La-Garenne, halfway between the small towns of Bellême (7 km) and Mortagne-au-Perche (9 km).

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage completely renovated in 2019 in keeping with the Percheron style (old tiles, lime plaster, exposed beams...). Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Located 10 minutes from Mortagne au Perche and Bellême, two towns classified as small towns of character. You can admire the basilica of Notre Dame de Montligeon, 10 minutes from the studio. Lovers of history and old stones, you can see many mansions in the region. We are close to the forests of Bellême, Réno Valdieu, as well as the greenway, ideal for quiet bike rides. Many local producers: Cider mill, cheese maker, organic vegetables & others.
