Lovely big house close to the beach and the local shops and restaurants. Mary was very welcoming and met us on arrival with scones and a few essentials to settle us in. Great house for a family with kids with it's big garden and being so close to the beach, I'd highly recommend it 🙂

We had a wonderful time at Jo's spacious and quiet house. We especially enjoyed the time spent with Jo and the donkeys. All of us learned a lot about the animals. Jo is doing remarkable work! The sea is very close, pebbly beach in walking distance and a beautiful beach for swimming just a few minutes drive away. The surrounding area is beautiful. Definitely worth a visit!

Lovely clean home with everything we needed inside. Nice touch having bread, cereal and coffee there on arrival. Worth the price we paid.

Fantastic place and perfect location. The host could not do enough for us and went out of her way to make sure we had a prefect stay, absolutely amazing and by far the best place we have rented before. We will be looking to stay here again and recommended this place to all family who regularly attend Belmullet. 5 stars is not enough for how much we appreciated the hospitality and friendliness.

Michaela place is a gem in Lackan bay. if you are travelling to this amazing place, you can’t miss to book her accomodation. Walkable distance to the local pub and local beach, birds chirping in the morning and sunrise view. Michaela is a great host and we couldn’t ask for any better. We’ll be back.

We had an incredible stay at Trish’s Achill home. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and Trish was immediately responsive whenever we had any small issue. We were able to walk to restaurants and stores in Keel, which was great! Next time we find ourselves in Achill, we will absolutely try to stay here again!

Was absolutely wonderful! Exactly what my mother and I needed,and pet friendly which is what we needed. A little dated (we didn’t want modern) and was so spacious and homely. Fully kitted out kitchen - oven, dishwasher with washing machine and seperate dryer in laundry room. Living room had a lovely little nook in it facing out to garden and gorgeous sea views over the hedges! The cottage had EVERYTHING you need…books, games,videos, maps. Plenty of beaches nearby - Old Head is approx 10 mins away. Croagh Patrick is just over 5 mins drive other direction. The Tavern restaurant nearby - and recommend it for food. Westport town is approx 15 mins drive, and Westport House is well worth a visit even just to take a leisurely walk around and enjoy the views! Weather was good when we were there - so we generally sat in the garden to enjoy the stunning views of clew bay, and the GLORIOUS sunsets. Was great value for money, spotless and every amenity within. Definitely stay here again 😊

Very comfortable home in beautiful setting. Tastefully decorated and no clutter. Great range of books and binoculars to make most of great views. Bedrooms all queen sized comfortable beds. Downstairs large kitchen - fantastic aga and great kitchen table for gathering around - open to large sitting area with comfortable seating for all. We were large family group and was perfect for us. House actually much more lovely than pictures. Would highly recommend. Nothing negative.

Such a beautiful place to stay in Achill! The view is incredible and the town and beach are in walking distance. The home is clean, spacious with beautiful views of Keel beach. Gavin was helpful and responsive, would highly recommend a stay here! I will absolutely be back

Lovely rural cottage, that is surprisingly spacious, clean and comfortable with all the conveniences you need. Even some turf for the fire. The location is pretty good as well. Great if you want a bit of rural seclusion with a lovely big garden for kids, pets, barbeques, but only a 5min drive away and you're into Easkey village and onto the wild Atlantic way. Enniscrone with its big sandy beach is about 15mins away and the bigger town of Ballina a further 10mins. Patricia was very attentive and helpful. Very happy to recommend.

The area worth the stay; the blacksod bay, Achill island, Nephin national park and bogs everywhere, with far more sheep than human, definitely an area to explore, and Patrick's house was the perfect stay to enjoy the nature with a beautiful see view, enough room for a big familly, and even some peat to burn in the fire. We had all the comfort we needed after the outdoor's days. I highly recommend for a peaceful and warm trip in Mayo!

The home was perfect the view is outstanding everything we needed was provided there was a shop 5 mins down the road and more in clonbur the peace and quiet was unreal loved every minute of our holiday and will definitely return thanks Micheal 😊

We had a great few days at Pat & Elaine's. the house was fab, views from every window! My toddler loved looking at all the kids books provided. Delicious treats arrived one day which was a big surprise and lovely touch (thanks Elaine!). Great location for access to Louisburg, Roonagh pier and the local beaches. Also perfect to see the weather on Croagh Patrick before a climb! We would definitely book again and wished we had stayed longer! A beautiful house in a picturesque location, with all the amenities you could need. close to the local bar/restaurant (great Guinness!)......but book in advance. Tommy was an excellent host. the location is SO peaceful, sit outside look at the clouds going over the mountain to the sea.....fantastic!
