Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mazatenango

Very comfortable, clean and organized apartment. Easy to find and an excellent central location. The only thing I suggest is to change the curtains to dark ones in the rooms, please, a lot of light comes in.

This is a great place to stay, we highly recommend it! Definitely going into our favorites. Lots of nearby and at walking distance dinning options, malls, stores, pharmacies, etc. Very cozy apartment, has all you need and very convenient washer/dryer, private parking and easy in and out access including all the great amenities including access with keypad so no worry about loosing a key. Great Host!!

Second time staying here and always felt welcomed :) host is super nice. The AirBnb was perfect for 4 adults and a toddler.

Carlos was outstanding. Very attentive, easy to communicate. His place well recommend for wheelchair access. My mom loved the place. The kitchen has all of the necessities. I would love to come back soon. He is a super host.

The pool was not cleaned. Otherwise everything was good!!!!!

We stayed 3 nights and the place was very nice, very clean, very comfortable, Juan De León was very attentive to make sure we were well and that we had everything we needed. The description of the Club house with pool was very accurate, it was less than a block from the apartment and we had a good time in the pools. So I recommend it for anyone who wants to take a walk around Mazatenango as a family and look for a safe and cozy place.

It is a very spacious and comfortable place. It's much better than in the pictures. The parks are very close and restaurants. Communication with Ana is very good, you can tell her anything and she is always willing to give you guidance. I recommend the place

there was an inconvenience when communicating with the host at the beginning but when resolved the host was super friendly and attentive, in addition the place looks better than the photos, very safe, spacious and enjoyable.

The house is very nice, large, comfortable, functional and very well equipped, it has everything you need to spend a few excellent days whether it is fun or relaxing. The place is very safe. The house has sufficient lighting and ventilation. There is A/C in all spaces. Very clean and sufficient bedding and towels. The cleanliness of the place is excellent throughout the house especially in bathrooms and kitchen. We charm to be able to taste a freshly roasted and ground coffee. There are enough kitchen utensils to be able to prepare what you want. We have no hesitation in recommending it.

Stayed for 3 nights and loved it! Andrea is very responsive to messages and helpful. The place was beautiful and was perfect to watch the morning sunrise. It is about a 20min walk to town but she gives you info for a tuktuk driver who is also reliable. No issue with bugs or scorpions like I’ve seen in reviews for other hostels/airbnbs/hotels. Overall would stay here again if I return to Guatemala

The pictures don’t do enough justice — this place is absolute incredible and beautiful! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Andrea was super nice enough to accommodate an early check in and provided contact information of the property manager, Alejandra who is SUPER nice! She also gave us contact information for a local Tuk Tuk driver that would take us to the port to take lanchas to surrounding villages in Lake Atitilan. Andrea is also VERY responsive to any questions I had regarding our stay. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience and would totally come back 😊
