This place has a strategic location - it will be very easy to plan your visit! We are in the heart of a golden zone, with direct beach access and a beautiful view both from the main bedroom and from the kitchen, living room, balcony, etc. You can walk around the golden area without any problem or to the beach if you wish, the building has amenities for you such as a large heated pool, gym, library, playroom, etc. 3 min by car from the Malecon (approx. 10 min walk)

This cozy apartment located on the third floor (no elevator) offers comfort and is perfect for resting after a day in Mazatlán. Apartment located 5 minutes away from the boardwalk

The apartment is very central, the neighborhood is quiet, one of the oldest in the port, you can walk to the beach in five minutes, to traditional restaurants such as Panama and Mariscos el Torito, as well as taquerias and Juan Carrasco market. Recently remodeled, it has air conditioning throughout the apartment, hot water, smart TV and WiFi. The terrace has a very nice garden. You will undoubtedly feel very close to the Mazatleca culture.

Our apartment is spacious, comfortably furnished with large windows and a beautiful roof with a view to the beach and spaces to relax and enjoy the sun.
