Fede and Rosy are wonderful hosts – warm, helpful and simply likeable. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment! The location of the apartment is fantastically beautiful, and the view is breathtaking. We could hardly get enough of it. The beach is just a few minutes away and looks like something out of a picture book - quiet, idyllic and totally romantic. The house is well equipped, very well maintained and sparkling clean. We really lacked nothing. I'm sure we'll be back and look forward to next time!

Amazing location and the place was great! Incredible outdoor space! We had a little difficulty communicating with the person checking us in, but figured everything out. The drive into the parking area is pretty tight so use a small car. Luise was great and informative.

Place beyond expectations. We immediately felt at home and the beautiful yard is a great place for our kid to run free and explore and for us to have lovely chats with the other guests. On top of that, there's plenty of space to eat out and enjoy the evening breeze and Stella's (the dog) sweet company. The house is spacious, cool and spotless and Cristina and Paolo are friendly, helpful, present and yet, never invasive. Nearest beaches both, private and public at a walking distance and if you have a car you can easily reach the most beautiful spots along the Tuscan coast. Highly recommended!

Monica was really flexible about checkin and met us when we arrived to show us around the property. The apartment was private and tucked away from the street so it was really quiet. The main bed was really comfortable and there were extra pillows which is always nice. The tv is a smart tv which was really great! Would definitely recommend.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Rebecca was very kind and super helpful. The accommodation is in a great location because on the beautiful seafront of Viareggio,which is a charming town. Very comfortable and clean inside. Very equipped kitchen. We came in the spring and we imagine that in the summer season the Spring plant is even more enchanting!Very happy with our stay!We'll be back and highly recommend it!

Amazing place and a super friendly host. The apartment was just like the photos – modern interior, two bathrooms with rainfall showers, strong AC in every room, fast Wi-Fi, and a big, clean pool. There’s a parking spot right near the entrance, and the building feels very safe with two security gates. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice,close to the sea.

We stayed (4 adults, 3 children and 1 infant) the last week of August at Angela and Marco's house. Right away they welcomed us with a smile and their fantastic dogs that our children cuddled and adored. They are attentive and caring owners and were able to advise us impeccably on beaches, restaurants, supermarkets... They proved to be very patient with our children despite the liveliness of the little ones. Simone thanks Marco for the unforgettable mountain biking experience. The house is spacious, very clean, fragrant, well divided, in an excellent location and equipped with every comfort even for families with babies as in our case (there is a bathtub, crib, diaper changer, high chair). The barbecue area and swimming pool, available to guests, are a plus that make this house perfect. Warm greetings also to Grandma Lorena. Very nice mobile house at a camping. The house small bu well arranged so we had a feeling of comfort (maybe a bit too small for 4 adults with lots of luggage, but we managed to unpack necessary things to small wardrobes). The kitchen well equipped (maybe lack of electric kettle was a little problem, but we used a pot to boil water). The bathroom with toilet and bidet, what was nice and water heater close to the bathroom, so it was easy to get warm shower. Very nice camping with helpful staff (besides Italian, we spoke English and German an it was easy to communicate). Very good swimming pool, bar, restaurant, well supplied shops (one with food and one with accessories that you may need during your stay). Less than 1km from the beach through the pine wood. Lots of restaurants at the village (some closed in may). We recommend Jolly Beach and more expensive but good fish restaurant Forte 74. For a shopping there's a Conad at the village centre.

Tommaso gave us a friendly welcome and showed us everything. The holiday complex is not heavily occupied in spring and accordingly pleasantly quiet. The beautiful surroundings have even rounded off the relaxed ambiance.

We had a great stay at Villa Palmira! The apartment was very well equipped and is just a few steps from the beach – ideal for relaxing. The hostess was super friendly, always available and provided us with helpful tips. Their family on site was also warm. Everything was clean and cozy – we would come back anytime!

Federico is the perfect host, friendly, helpful, has a lot of information about the area and is happy about his guests, we immediately felt welcome. The house is minimalist modern, clean, without a lot of frills, offers plenty of space and storage and is pleasantly cool in the heat. The kitchen is well equipped. The rain shower has the perfect water pressure. The outdoor area is comfortably furnished. We loved the location in the Italian neighborhood, everything you need is within walking distance, as well as the train station to explore the area. We arrived with a dog and appreciated that the endless forest in a short distance to the house was perfect for walks or even leads directly to the beach. We had a great holiday and would book with Federico again at any time.

Valeria is a very detail-oriented host, willing to meet guests' needs. From the first messages, Valeria was ready to answer any questions and curiosities, the house is very nice, spacious, bright, and cool in summer, with a beautiful sea view from a very large terrace where you can dine or use as a meeting point for relaxing moments. Upon our arrival we found many small details in the house that made us feel welcome, many small precautions that are not obvious (water in the fridge, maps on places to visit) The house is about 100 m. from the nearest free beach (pebbles). Close to Cala Furia, a really enchanting cliff. Close to Montenero, which I love. It is very close to Livorno (10 minutes by car). In the area there are ample open spaces for physical activity. At first I was a little hesitant because I knew that Livorno mainly has rocks at the bathing points that I learned to appreciate

The perfect hostess. One thing could be improved is access to dome proper delf, rather than drinking tea and coffee from paper cups. It would be more sustainable.

We had a really nice stay at this home! The spaces were clean, well-kept and equipped with the main elements to make the stay comfortable. The host, Riccardo, was extremely helpful, responding quickly to any questions and offering valuable advice about the area. The location is excellent, situated in a quiet neighborhood but close to the main points of interest. It was easy to get around and enjoy the local attractions. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free experience.

Recommended! We had a great time, nice owners, helpful and PET FRIENDLY. It is about 2 km from the center, the equipped beaches and the free beach (10 min by car 30 min on foot). The house is tastefully furnished and looks new as in the photos; there is everything you need everywhere (soaps for laundry and people, utensils and accessories for the kitchen as well as the American coffee machine, bed and bath linen...everything). The house is fresh and very bright. There are also two air conditioners. Some reviews indicate that the curtains in the room are not dark enough, my husband slept peacefully, for me I brought the mask and slept very well, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. We chose this house to take our dog to the beach and we are satisfied; the garden is very large, the fence is good for medium and large dogs. The outdoor shower, gazebo and deck chairs add an extra special touch.
