House and property was very enjoyable for a large group. Very peaceful location with great amenities such as fishing, pool, and pickleball court. The owners were extremely polite and very helpful with anything we needed. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will be back in the future.

Close to the airport and close to the restaurants and bars around. From the moment I walked in, I knew I made the right decision on staying here. The private balcony was a nice bonus.

It was the perfect house for girls weekend. The pool was perfect for our littles to swim after gym in the evening. The house had everything we needed and more. Beautiful

Five Stars--This place was the perfect location while in town for UA's graduation; and perfect accommodations for a large group. It had everything we needed as a family, very clean and spacious, and everything to make you feel right at home, especially the patio/pool. All in all, this place is beautiful!! We will book again for sure; it was one of the best Airbnb stays!!!

Our stay at this beautiful home near Center Point, in Birmingham, Alabama, was truly wonderful! The house is beautifully decorated with stylish, cozy touches that made it feel warm and inviting. It comfortably accommodated our group of 12 guests and had just enough space for everyone to feel at ease without feeling crowded. We stayed for four nights and found the home to be fully stocked with all the essentials — from kitchen supplies to towels and thoughtful little extras like toiletries and coffee. It made our stay very convenient and stress-free. The only thing we wished for was a bit more closet or storage space, especially for a longer stay with a larger group. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions that made check-in and the entire stay smooth. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting the Birmingham area, especially families or larger groups.

Just what I was looking for! Host was wonderful (even allowed me to stay a past check-out since I had a later flight). Very cozy and will absolutely try and stay here again when I am back in town.

Place was really close to UAB School of Nursing, like a 6-8 minutes drive. Worked great, because I was able to take lunch and make it back to my school intensive in a short time.

Such a wonderfully peaceful stay! We were within minutes to campus and downtown in a spacious and beautiful home with the friendliest host! Add to that the fresh flowers and the welcome card even remembering why we were there (meant so much to my daughter that her meet was mentioned in the welcome card) and it couldn’t be more perfect. Bryan was super responsive, helpful and welcoming and the place itself was great and in a safe, quiet and very pretty neighborhood. My youngest also loved playing in the backyard. And the beds were super comfy too! If it’s available, book it fast!

Our daughter's wedding was at the Barn at Shady Lane just right across the road. It was convenient not only to the venue but to some great restaurants and even a Publix grocery store up the road. We would recommend this place to family and friends even if there was not wedding going on for them. Norman was an excellent host and communicated very well. Good guy.

The location was very quiet and secluded but so close to so many things. Having two bedrooms with attached bathrooms was great for my stay. I would definitely stay again.

Cute adorable, historical house! Mitch was very helpful! Perfect house for my family and I to stay in for two weeks while we waited to close on our house. The back yard was perfect for our dog with the fence. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen has everything you need! Even tho this is located near downtown Birmingham I still felt very safe. The Neighbour is very nice, and made me feel safe also! Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay. We LOVED sitting on the front porch in the morning, and later in the evening.

We had another great stay at Eagle’s Nest! The house had everything we needed, and the lake view is beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor and indoor games, kayaks, and fire pit. Looking forward to next time!

The Playhouse was a great stay ….. I know everyone is in the comments talking about the neighborhood or people hanging outside of their own homes but what you need to realize is they live there && we’re just visiting … not to mention there are security cameras in the front and back of the house and if you read the instructions in the binder you can pull your vehicle in the yard lock the gate and check the cameras. I felt comfortable and safe. My stay was quiet. The place was clean. My only issue was low water pressure in the bathroom, whenever I see a bathroom that grand and fabulous I’m expecting a spa-like experience. Outside of that honestly no complaints… oh yeah and it’s close to the highway as well. I’d definitely be back!!

5 Stars – Perfect Spot for a Golf Getaway or Group Trip! My friend and I stayed at Chris’s Airbnb in Birmingham for a 3-night, 4-day golf trip and had a fantastic experience. The home is located in an older neighborhood, but we had no issues at all with safety during our stay. In fact, the location was very convenient—close to golf courses, restaurants, and grocery stores. The house was very clean, appeared recently updated, and had plenty of space. It would be great for larger groups or families. One of the highlights was the downstairs entertainment area—it was a really cool space to relax after a long day on the course. Chris was an outstanding host. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he generously allowed us to check in early. As a thoughtful touch, he left a handwritten welcome note along with golf balls and tees, knowing we were in town for a golf getaway. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Birmingham—especially for golf trips or group stays.

Mary accommodated us at the spur of a moment and even at a late time! We had no intentions of renting an Airbnb but there were no hotels to accommodate my family of six. Honestly, the best thing that could have happened was to not be accommodated by the hotels. I’d much rather have this experience anyhow. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and such a peaceful place outside of town but close enough to get to many places within five to ten minutes. Thank you, Mary! We appreciate you!

Marc and Barbara are great! Super nice awesome people! Our AC Thermostat stopped working and Marc responded right away and had the People over to fix and get it the new thermostat installed within 30 minutes, was very pleased with Marc with how professional and friendly he is and with Barbara working with us on our stay dates and helping us extend stay.

Beautiful neighborhood with lots of updated historic homes. Close to everything. I went walking every morning, lots of hills for good exercise. Just as described, try Johnnys restaurant in Homewoods! Great southern food!
