It also has a day bed with a trundle and a queen fold out couch bed in the living area. Although this home can accommodate 8 guests, the nightly rate is set for 4 guests. Back 40 access is at the end of our street! Our cozy home gives you the choice to be in action: biking, hiking + exploring the local coffee culture/restaurants or to relax: listen to nature or read a book on the couch/outside. Full kitchen for cooking. Bike storage is in the backyard shed (we provide the key). Smart TV has Netflix only but you can log into your other accounts. No basic cable. *absolutely NO pets; we are allergic. NO smoking/parties on property please. This is our zen house.

Three bedrooms giving you a total of 10 sleeping spaces. Close to fishing, canoeing, kayaking, hiking as well as a drive to the amenities of NW Arkansas. One of my favorite destinations is Branson, MO! Reservations are responded to Sunday - Friday. Due to allergies animals are not allowed.
