Really enjoyed our stay! The 80’s vibe was so much fun! Clean and big bed was comfy, the jacuzzi tub was big enough for two!

Overall, it was a great stay! The location was perfect and close to town. The cabin itself was exactly as described and clean. However, I will note that it was right on the road which was slightly noisy, but not too disrupting for sleeping purposes. Location on the road made it easy to bring in luggage and get in/out when going to different activities.

Such a beautiful cabin and only about 15 minutes from downtown. Beautiful view from the back porch and really nice on the inside. We were looking for something peaceful. Mike was a great host and communication was quick and helpful. We would come back again.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and modern. Has a great exclusive feel when inside and on back deck. Some reviews complained of not being very exclusive but besides the front drive in you wouldn’t know you were close to anyone else. Everything was about 10-15 min max away. We had issues with the AC unit but they were good to come by and fix/adjust.

What a gem of a place! We feel lucky to have been able to spend time on this property. The homestead has a rich history and it can be felt in all of the flowers and trees on the land, as well as the added amenities, which just make it a top notch stay in our books. The cave is man made and literally and figuratively cool. A wonderful place to hang out with someone you love. It had just rained when we visited so the spring was really running and having some shoes that can be damp is a must. The hot tub is the best one we've been in. The floating lights are a sweet touch. The host has offered so many activities that everyone will find something of interest to them in this space. The home is quite comfortable with everything you need for a positive experience. We will be back and linger longer next time!! One of our very favorite airbnb rentals so far!

Absolutely beautiful Cabin, not too far away from downtown and good restaurants but still felt incredibly private. Sitting in the hot tub on the deck while watching the rain in the mountains was absolutely unforgettable.

Tranquil place to stay with lots of people. Beds were overall comfortable and amenities met every need that we had. The hot tub was clean and warm. The game room was awesome. Overall had a great stay for a chill bachelorette party. Lake access it’s good if you have a boat, but not for anything like swimming. Beautiful walk down there. Only complaint is that there is some noise at night from above the master bedroom (easy to sleep through but odd) and the kitchen knives are pretty dull. Great place to stay and would come again.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The lake was extremely high when we went so there wasn’t much of a “beach” to sit on but it was still very nice and lovely. We had a question during our stay and our host was very kind and helpful. Extremely cute and cozy home, no bugs and the yard was treated very well!! Love this home and the land, would love to come back.

Mike was super kind to our family. We were displaced after a fire and he was more than willing to allow us there and to be able to accommodate my family and our furry friends.

Great place to stay with your pets! Our family, including our pets, felt comfortable and cared for.

This was a wonderful experience. The amenities were plentiful and easy to access. The hosts were very attentive . The kitchen well stocked and I was able to actually cook. It was cozy and felt like home ! I loved the view and the huge deck. The queen bed was incredibly comfortable in the bedroom. Plenty of comfy comforters. Lots of sitting in the living room. The bunk bed room was equally comfortable. We very comfortably slept five people . The refrigerator was the perfect size. We would definitely stay there again. The steps up to the cabin ,adds to the seclusion and is great exercise. It was beautiful and my husband caught a huge catfish while fishing from his boat which added to the magic of the weekend on the lake ! Great job we will be back.

Loved the location since it was close to all of the biking trails, waterfalls, and Bentonville! The house was clean with plenty amenities and communication from the host was quick and helpful.

We took this trip to relax and get away. We were so happy we found Linda’s home. Sitting out on the front porch morning and evening rocking and listening to the birds was so relaxing. The space is so nice and left us not wanting to leave. We enjoyed morning walks on the nearby Back 40 trail which can be accessed right from the property! We also came to experience Bentonville and this location was close enough to do that while also getting us a relaxing space to be in. Thank you Linda for the great place to relax and for being a great host!! We can’t wait to come back!

Very nice and relaxing place to stay. Secluded and just what you need if you are trying to get away from the city. The river just steps away is a bonus. We could not swim while there due to weather but that was out of anyone's control! I recommend.

This place is perfect for a couple's weekend! stayed here for my anniversary and was very pleased. Kristen was great and I loved everything about the place.

Stayed here on our honeymoon! Very cozy and loved the surrounding nature (especially all of the birds, we heard two barred owls!). The cabin was equipped with everything we needed and more. About 15 minutes from Eureka Springs, so be sure to bring all the supplies you may need with you. Lower cars may scrape when entering driveway, we found turning into it from the right worked best. Overall, had an amazing stay and would love to come again!

Cassie and Paul were super wonderful hosts who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The cabin was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed for kitchenware, bathroom toiletries, etc. The cabin was small, but setup in a very efficient way that gave us plenty of room for everything we needed. Paul and Cassie hauled us and our kayaks for a great kayak trip that ended conveniently on the river right outside our cabin. We also enjoyed activities in the nearby surrounding area like mountain biking, hiking, seeing the local waterfalls (especially the Tanyard creek waterfall) and Bluff Dwellers cave... Also, we so enjoyed just sitting in our chairs in the river that flowed directly outside the cabin... we will definitely consider coming back again!

A beautiful, peaceful place, we loved our stay. The house was spotless. The kitchen is fully furnished. The location is at the end of a quiet street with a gorgeous back yard, including a clear creek with lots of shade, and cozy fire pit. This was our second time here, we'll definitely be back! Highly recommend this home. Donna was wonderful to work with!

My family of 5 (1 being a 2 month old baby) stayed here for 5 nights. We had a great time on our getaway. We made all of our meals at the cabin, enjoyed the fire & hammock. My daughter loved collecting the eggs for our breakfast..We even decided to name the chickens while we were there, knowing nothing about chickens we named them Janet, Betty & Henry 🙂

I stayed at this property with my 3 kids. It was perfect! Everyone had their own private spaces to retreat to at night, but the property offered plenty by way of relaxing and enjoying each other's company. They really considered all aspects of our stay and had very well stocked houses, complete with firewood, starters, and lighters. This is the perfect blend between outdoor adventure and luxury living. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking!

I can’t say enough about this cabin in the woods. It was beautiful! Tastefully decorated with everything we could need. The craftsmanship on this cabin is something I would love to have. We will be back. And we will share with our friends and family to come. It’s just that kind of place. Ps, love the view and the wildlife.

The cabin was beautiful along with the property! They had plenty of activities to do for those who dont want to leave the property! Bob was very easy to communicate with! Cant wait to return!
