Idealne miejsce na sporty wodne, piesze i rowerowe wycieczki oraz wędkowanie. Dużo zieleni i spokoju. Dom stoi na działce bezpośrednio przylegającej do jeziora, ok. 30 metrów. Do dyspozycji gości mamy również grill, pomost i łódkę wiosłową. W okresie od 1 maja do 30 września dom jest wynajmowany na co najmniej 6 dni. Posesja z zewnątrz jest monitorowana.
