We rent our country house with a small enclosed plot in a peaceful village 10 minutes from Craponne-sur-Arzon, Viverols, 20 minutes from La Chaise-Dieu, 45 minutes from Puy-en-Velay, 1 hour from St Etienne. Lovers of hiking and outdoor activities: In summer, pick wild berries, take walks in the woods (boletus, chanterelles...), trout fishing in the Ance and Arzon, Chaise Dieu lake, Usson-en-Forez, Saint-Anthème Prabouré Summer Resort

The cottage is located in the countryside in a quiet and peaceful hamlet. It is adjoining the owners' home. It has an independent entrance with balcony. You will be close to shops and different services. The cottage is fully equipped for 4 people: 2 bedrooms with a 140 cm bed, bathroom and equipped kitchen. Bed and bath linen is not provided. In winter a surcharge of €5 per day for heating will be required upon arrival.

Furnished studio

The furnished studio includes 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and 1 living room. The studio is equipped (electric oven, microwave, gas stove, 2-door fridge, kitchenware, TV). Possibility of an additional person with independent bedroom (single bed) Heating: pellet stove + electric radiators. Utilities (water, electricity, gas and cleaning) are included.

On the edge of the Puy de Dôme, at an altitude of 930 meters, very close to the Loire and the Haute Loire, This former farmhouse located in a peaceful hamlet of Livradois Forez, is surrounded by many paths for walking. In summer you can enjoy the barbecue on the terrace and a place that stays cool during the heat waves. Important: I feed a cat that comes to the house every day.
